It's all right! Good location.

Room was nice, but kind of small. Elevator was tiny. They took the room key every time we left which was odd, but staff was very friendly.

Hotel located in a rather quiet street, nice receptionists, good reception, small room but clean with flat screen TV. A Consultant for small budgets, there is a negative point when you hear everything that happens in the other rooms… and in my case a neighbor spoke to such PDT for hours in the middle of the night and another snored… So for those who are sensitive to noise difficult The to find sleep…

Compromise situation, comfort, price.

Good location, just in 30 m from metro station. There re many nice cafe near of the hotel. Quite good and welcom staff. From minuses: very small rooms, old windows and furniture, cold in winter, blanket like in train. There re no posibility to have tea or coffe in the evening (in winter its good option). Noise from ventilation system in some rooms (i was staying on the second flor), at 23:00 noise re stopped.

Hotel simple, clean, close to transports and great places of Paris. Flat for parking spaces but private parking nearby. I recommend for the reception and the friendliness of the staff.

Two nights booked, no TV remote for the two days. "You will turn on the TV with the buttons on this one, sir! ".
Commercial gesture denied with disdain "Paris is a big city you know! "

A very nice hotel, very decent rooms, very nice and nice staff, especially the one of the midi, the rooms very very hot (decrease the heating please) and next to the means of transport.
I would highly recommend it.

! Scam HOTEL!
28 December 2017, we call to book 3 places in the hotel for the evening of New Year, validate by the receptionist, who takes the numbers of the credit card.
300 km later arrive at the hotel a receptionist tells us that it is impossible to be at 3 in the room and claims that the person who took the call is no longer in service. 3 hours of expectations (the evening of the Year Plus is) to hear that the "only" way to be able to be 3 in the room is to pay an extra €60! A New Year's Eve no other hotel available no other choice! Pure scam! Moreover the Non-sympathy of the staff added to the dilapidated rooms encourages me to invite you to flee this hotel!
Is it not obligatory to have smoke detectors in the rooms? I invite the inspection of tourism to take a tour in this hotel and taking the appropriate measures.

Good location and well maintained only small downside the Wi-Fi much too unstable.

Small but clean rooms, central location. Wireless internet is not very good.

The staff was friendly, until I've requested a refund for the next days of staying (they were just passing me around from one colleague to another) as the room had an unpleasant smell (I think they were like ciggaretes and MAYBE cleaning products), it was really hot by day and night (you have no mini fridge or something to put your water) and also had some itches (which by the way dissapear when they changed the sheets). Also the internet was pretty bad, it just kept disconnecting. It was my first experience as a tourist here and it was pretty unpleasant.

Bedbugs. Staff is friendly, location is good but sleepless night and red itchy spots all over my body are not so easy to forget.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel at a great location. Near a lot of activity in the Montmarte area of Paris. But the rooms are nothing to brag about, and are very spartan and minimalistic. But for the price, they are acceptable.

With paying rooms, there were problems.

In the heart of Paris and really affordable. The choice of employees seems very selective.
Culture can live up to your open-mindedness!

Very good service, very kind and helpful personnel and the owner. Fantastic price, very clean rooms and soooo quiet, we slept so well for our first time in Paris for four nights. Thank you very very much!

Location is good and you have access to the train station, easy to get to.
The room in small with bathroom and TV, well equipped but not very spacious.
The service in general is very good!

I was shocked to be attacked by bedbugs at night. A large insects should not be there since the day before.
I was relocated at my expense in a more expensive hotel (although my night is was refunded to me)
So, I can't recommend this hotel although managers are not entirely responsible for this mishap.

My parents stayed for 2 nights. They said the room and toilet were clean. Towels were changed. Staff was english speaking n helpful. Lots of halal food around. Very close to Metro station and currency exchange.

Great staff friendly and polite we love this hotel.

Great location; at 50 meters from the metro and a 15-minute walk from the Sacré Coeur.
Quiet area being in a side street not too busy.
Rooms smallish (but is the standard Parisian) but well cleaned with an attached bathroom with shower also it clean.
Wi-Fi in the room.
Ideal for those who want to visit Paris on a budget.

It was a great stay in this hotel. Great price in good location. I came with my mother, concerned in the beginning about the quality, but it was all good. The staff was really nice and helpful. Room was rather small, but come on — what do you need? have you come to paris to hang around the hotel room? no. Its clean, they tidy it every day, change towels everyday. Bathroom was nice and clean (which is a must for me). The so called red light district was actually a very nice neighbourhood with lovely cafes and restaurants. There is a great japonese restaurant just next to the reception! If I come back, I will go to this hotle again and again.

I've stayed here for 4 days, with my daugther, and we liked. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and English speaking. The breakfast isn't great. But, the location is very, very good, close to metro, supermarket, restaurants, Mac Donald's, Moulin Rouge and the all Montmartre's places. There is Wi-Fi. The price is a great opportunity. I recommend.
