Very welcome from the staff and professional. Room and breakfast at the height. Modern and spacious room with views of the back of the building but which gives all its character. I recommend for the price and location in the 15th.

Smallish room. Nice 5th floor view. Quiet.

I enjoyed the discreet charm of this hotel conveniently located near all amenities. Clean, quiet and generous staff, very friendly. I have adopted it and I will come back to it.

Hotel parking is very intimate when you leave, you only need to throw room card in the parking lot mailbox to avoid back and forth parking lots and front desk which is very difficult in Paris.

Air condition in the hotel is not working and the rooms are very hot and in comfortable even they do have fan as an alternative and no other solution for the problem.

Great place. The room was clean and comfortable. 500 euros for 4 days, in March. For four, it's more than a budget.

Very conveniently located from the subway and buses. A huge number of cafes, near MacDonald and a store like supermarkets.

Difficult Arrival: Identity check in order. It is not a janitor but a customs officer. Do not look for parking, it is at 500 meters: inconvenient with luggage or a handicapped person. If you are lucky that the portal opens, it has the merit of existing. We might appreciate the rest of our stay. …

Very nice hotel. Close to major attractions; only blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Clean rooms; recently remodeled. Staff speak English very well. Parking is available, but it's at another nearby hotel, which share an enclosed lot. Tricky to find, but close and very secure.

It is a very small and over priced budget hotel. Staff is very helpful. Location is also very good. I didn't have breakfast but I seen and it was preety good.

Rooms are clean. Good Wi-Fi connection. Hotel is only a couple minutes walk from the nearest subway station, which made the travel from CDG airport very easy.

Not at all recommended. Too costly for nothing. Very small rooms with full of bad smell and booking is without complementary breakfast. Also poor services. Plz don't waste your money and find better place to stay.

Hotel located in the heart of Paris only for very small budget work trips. They made me pay twice and make me almost sing for the refund sending paperwork to no longer finish and in addition to that no excuse on the part of the management. I will never put my feet back in this establishment and do not advise anyone.

Great hotel. The shower and toilet room were very small but it was fine. Big lcd TV on wall. Many channels including 4 in English. AC (air conditioner) worked great. Water got very hot and very cold.

Nice hotel. Quite good value for money. Good location. Tour Eiffel is quite close and there is shopping mall and subway station nearby. There is also some breakfast places nearby. Staff was very friendly.

The rooms are quite small which appear on the website, however the bathrooms are spacious, clean and refreshed. The elevator is very slow and small. Breakfast is buffet style but has very little variety, in addition to breakfast place is tiny, barely fit 9 guests that we agree there.

I stayed 4 nights in September, I really enjoyed it, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the bedding very confortable,, the location is the most convenient one in Paris. I recommend that hotel.

Only had as a disadvantage not to be able to leave our luggage in deposit then made the check-out. We lost almost five hours of our visit to Paris for not wanting to accept suitcases away.

First of all, no consideration for exceptional requests, made the booking (checkout, extra pillow…). The elevator was broken, we had 5 flights of stairs… A noted a deplorable service, and incompetent employees (evening service, as service in the morning).
I highly recommend this Hotel, despite its good location it is low-end.

The Alize Grenelle is perfect for those looking to explore Paris from the 15eme. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are nicely put together. The drawbacks are few, definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a nice, clean area of town. There are a few slight knocks: the metro rumbles through the building, though I never noticed it while sleeping. The le petit dejuener in the morning is adequate but expensive. If it were six euro instead of twelve per person, it would almost be worth it. All in all, The hotel is exactly what you should expect from a reasonably priced hotel room in Paris.

Location is great, but the hotel wasn't clean at all.

The negative experiences that have been published. They seem to have been resolved. My experience was good, I received good care and cleaning of the hotel gave no complaints. Just a detail to take into account, always ask the taxi at the front desk of the hotel, because on the street they abuse the foreign tourist. The following tuition: CG-801-PP, charged us twice and gave more laps than necessary, we learned to take another taxi, which made the same journey.
A place to recommend.

Avoid this hotel. They're doing renovation and there's drilling, sawing and hammering all day. Wireless internet is down too. It's too bad because location is good.
