Decent but small rooms. Nothing special but for Paris rather affordable. You should be aware of the weak isolation between the rooms so that you might awake by moans of pleasure ;)

Very quiet. Proximity to tram and Metro. Good value for money.

Rooms are small small stairs narrow but sanitary clean and breakfast OK friendly welcome.

The location is great, the staff attentive, the room cool and super clean, the bathroom comfortable and modern. The area is also very good, I only put 1 paste, no elevator.

Good bang for your buck. Rooms aren't huge but the space is enough. It's also quite clean. Keep in mind there's no elevator and the stairs are tight, be careful going down with heavy luggage. The guys staffing the front desk at night were not too friendly, but the people in the morning and in the afternoon were lovely. Great location too. Only thing is I wish there was at least a microwave in the small dining area.

I didn't stay at this hotel. I visited a friend who stayed. I give it 3 stars because you get what they offer. It's budget friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but most importantly, they're clean. The front desk man was very friendly. They operate in an "old school" kind of way. They did not send my friend an official confirmation, however they gave "their word. " My friend had no problems checking in. The Wi-Fi worked very well. There isn't an elevator so keep that in mind. The stairwell is very narrow, but it's an older Parisian building. It's very close transportation and City Universitaire. Good bang for your buck.

Great hotel in the 14th arrondissement. Close to the subway, quiet area. Great value for money. Attention the room is not very large (for those who want space) but perfect and clean.

Excellent service from the hotel staff, we looked for last minute hotel and noticed that all prices were very inflated, for a moment we hesitated as the hotel was a bit far from the major tourist attractions but the Metro is very easy, and 5 minutes from the hotel there is a station that facilitated everything. The price is low in comparison, even more than hostels or Airbnb. We'd stay again. The rooms are very small but not a big deal, everything is clean and safe.

Very good hotel, a nice room, clean bathroom, very good breakfast and very good value.
I highly recommend it. Bus, tram stop and metro at 5 minutes walk.
