Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and the location is great for travelers, very close to Metro. Nice breakfast to start the day. We had a great experience here!

Very practical hotel breakfast is Ok, price is cheap. Rooms are small like standard in Paris.

No complaints! we arrived a little early and our rooms were not ready so they offered to take our bags and told us they would be ready within the hour. This was really helpful because we decided to walk around Paris while we waited. The front desk staff was always courteous and all spoke English. The rooms were nice, small, but nice.

Hotel to avoid… Especially if you have luggage… Flights are committed with impunity in rooms protected by smart cards to enter. Hotel to be closed, they are thieves and do not cooperate at all with the victims of theft.

This hotel is a scam! Friends were robbed in their room on the 4th floor and the hotel refuses to collaborate. They're thieves. Staff very unpleasant, the hotel is not safe, the bathroom smells bad, nothing goes. The best advice being to avoid at all costs this hotel.

Convenient because a few hundred meters from the Gare de Lyon while being relatively quiet.

DS the bathroom it was 14 degrees and impossible to manage the heating, otherwise the bed was comfortable but this room on the ground floor was horrible I pull the curtain and I have the view on a trash can. The staff is friendly and good advice. The room was clean DS all.

Amazing location, close to the Metro, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel is good for 2-3 nights. Rooms are avar age size but very clean and good staff speak English also.

From a this kind of Hotel I was expecting a very different approach from the staff; Quite rude and most of them did not speak english or spanish. The rooms are quite good but very different from the pictures you see online… A big NO, you can find better places for this kind of money.

Good bed. Air conditioning. The bathroom is small and the water in the shower doesn't stay the same temperature. It alternates between cold and scalding.

Rooms not very spacious but cosy and well-tended, the staff is very helpful. Very comfortable environment and very favourable position for tourism.

The hotel administration places money over customer. I booked 1 room for 2 adults and 1 newborn, but they said that one adult must have a separate room. That is nonsense. And I couldn't get a refund or even a discount. Looks like a fraud.

A bit what you expect in paris but clean and new.

The room size can't be smaller than this in a city hotel that we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many international places including Europe. Even the bathroom was smaller than the Costa Cruise we took a few years ago. Once you have grasped this you will be just fine in the hotel. Be ready for less to no space for opening more than 1 piece of luggage at a time. BUT, rooms with bright white and red combinations are absolutely clean incl bed sheets, towels (which don't wrap around your waist) and public areas. A warm welcome during check in which is also quick… so is check out. Breakfast is limited to coffee, croissant, muffins, cereals, yoghurt… what most parisians eat. Right across the road from Gare de Lyon station about 5 min walk, so good location. There are plenty of cafe and dining outlets within 10 min walk from the hotel. All in all, a 1 or 2 nights stay will be okay here.

The reception of the hotel is exceptional, very helpful, and having the habit of staying in hotels it is priceless! The room is immaculate and apart from the passages of the metro underground, I would've been embarrassed by any noise. I renouvellerai with great pleasure, as the hotel is conveniently located close to gare de lyon train station.

We have been there some weeks ago, it's was a cosy nice place around 13.00 o'clock. The service is very good and the meal also. For the evening you have to stay sometimes outside of the restaurant and to wait for a table. Reservations are not possible. But this one was the best restaurant we found for an affordable price in Paris. Believe me, we have had a lot of very bad and expensive restaurant visited…

Nice, clean, centrally located hotel. Zimmergrösse ist eher klein ausgelegt. Breakfast can be a nearby at one of the numerous bistros. All in all price performance is true.

This hotel is brand new. The receptionist told me that they had opened in 2012. The red and white colors are very pretty. The staff is helpful, they even offered me a cup of coffee. I will return with your eyes closed!
