The score I assure you that for my experience is all deserved. Clean room, comfortable bed, efficient bathroom, working air conditioning (out 34 degrees). Available spaces and services OK. KAll transport within walking distance. Mall and lively surroundings until late in the evening. Conveniently accessible by car and if you find space in the hotel's paid parking lot you're good to go.

This hotel is amazingly clean. The staff spoke English very well. They have all needed amenities. Their breakfast buffet was a little expensive but incredibly filling and had lots of choices. The rooms were much smaller than expected but we were still very satisfied.

This is my second night with my wife at Kyriad Paris Bercy, and we're liking it! Rooms are not very large, but going by previous experience, we didn't expect Paris Hotels to have large rooms! I would say that all that you might need is there, but on a smaller scale. Even the breakfast plates were smaller in size and so was the size of the Restaurant! Quality of food wasn't bad, however, judging by the breakfast. We didn't eat any other meals. Even though the Rooms are not large, proper amenities are well provided. Luggage rack can accommodate only one medium suitcase and the second one will have to go on top of the writing table or stay on the floor (which leaves no room for walking around). The shower stall is very small, meant for children or small built people. Staff is very helpful, however. Wi-Fi connection is free and of good quality. Location is quite convenient, located close to a Metro station. Overall, I like it!

Room was compact but comfortable, and the hotel very convenient for transport and restaurants. Excellent air conditioning (a must in July! ) and the room safe big enough for a 17" laptop. Buffet breakfast was delicious and extensive, and kept well topped up right to the 10am end. Could have done without having to reset the keycard every day, and connection to the Wi-Fi was a bit hit or miss — hence the loss of a star.

No photos, but this side is close to the subway station, the supermarket is close, the room staff is very intimate, we stayed 5 nights, every day is very much looking forward to going back to the hotel, check out when we make an appointment for the airport taxi, the car early to, go to the journey about 45 minutes, the day because of the rain one o'clock in the evening arrived, And friendly staff, very good attitude.

It's good but could be better. The rooms are clean but the bathroom is a bit small. The best thing about the hotel is it's close proximity to Bercy Village and the lovely park. If you don't plan to spend much time in your room, the hotel is fine though.

The hotel has a very good and quiet location. Metro just 250m away. A small supermarket 20m away. The staff is very polite and courteous and also speaks English, should your own French not enough;) The hotel and especially the rooms are very clean. Small but fine. All very modern, the beds are top and clean. You should pack your own hair dryer. There is only a tepid breezy here. Breakfast is absolutely adequate and versatile. Here everyone will find something that tastes and fullies them. We would keep booking here. Rehighly recommended!

It is a very nice hotel, the bedding is comfortable and the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast buffet is full and very good. No complaints to make at this property which is very well located for a competitive value for money!

Although the room was in good conditions, the treatment of reception was extremely unhelpful. Slow, difficult, providing, time and time again the documentation, etc is Certainly an unpleasant experience. That if, the piped music in the lift is very top, this is the first time I shazam in an elevator.

Good service at reception spoke to me in Spanish, very clean room, quiet, and satisfied with my order from the plant high. Near the station of Bercy at the side it has a shopping centre and multiplex cinemas.

When we first got into the hotel, we were satisfied with the room. But when I touched the plastic wrap of the paper cup on the table，I found that some mucus stuck to my hand which disgusted me，you can imagine what it is… But I could understand that the mucus was left by the last roomer, and the cleaner hadn’t noticed it. But what bothered me was that when we reflected it to the girl in the reception and asked her to give us a clean cup. She asked us to show her the dirty cup in stead of giving us a new one. When we showed her the dirty paper cup, she asked to us“where? ”，with a impatient and scornful expression. We pointed the mucus out and said “you can touch it and smell it. ” Then she brought a new one to us. When we said that we want another cup, because we were afraid that both of the paper cups were dirty, she told us with unwillingness “I only have one. ”

Very comfortable hotel, good bedding. Small problem with the air conditioning in my room but the front desk staff were very responsive. They gave me a new room very quickly and all that with a smile, thank you for your professionalism.

Conveniently located, spacious lobby. Parking available for 18€ a night. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, basic and perfect to stay overnight. The bed is stiff and short (therefore 4 stars) for people longer than 1.80m bathroom is very clean and sufficient space to take a shower and dress up. I would recommend it if you need a place in that vicinity to stay.

Reception is quite nice, staff also nice, room small (1 double bed room), linen was very fresh and also smelled so, kettle available, bathroom was clean, hair dryer available, parking for me personally expensive;/, also the card to parking has annoyed since it is not properly Worked, had to go to the reception several times and say it, after several attempts it still did not work and had to go back in. Since we were "trapped" in the parking garage, because the gate did not open, my husband had to run out and back to the reception… then got a new card…
But otherwise it's okay. Shops are just around the corner or still in the same street next to the hotel (thumbs up) Bercy village only 4-5 minutes to go! (Thumbs up)

Hotel clean and very quiet, with a welcome from the staff quite friendly, and especially very patient, as some guests I could meet at the front desk was very rude. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. A kettle with sachets of various choices of hot drinks are available, also a small safe and at your disposal. Small downside, too bad there are no pay channels or sports channels for sports enthusiasts.
I recommend without hesitation.

I had booked a double bed on the Internet and was given a small bed in a drunkard's closet. I had to argue with a black guy at the reception desk to get what I had paid for. Guy again argued with me because I was a few minutes early for breakfast (because I had to get to the airport in time. Apart from this, the hotel is not badly located and clean. Conclusion: they have to hire proper staff and train them so that they understand that we are all the customer of someone else and need to be treated decently (not the French way).

Three night stay while in Paris for business. Room was smallish but comfortable, you don't go to Paris to stay in your room though. Close to the metro and Starbucks.

Modern Hotel, located in a quiet and modern, with many places to eat. However the room that we had was very small, just cabíamos with my partner.

We spent four great days, very clean hotel, small rooms but equipped with all the comforts, the delicious breakfast rich and plentiful, staff friendly and courteous, the location is excellent metro a few meters, Bercy Village near. Very quiet neighborhood. Recommended.

Our double room was a little smaller than expected, but probably in line with the price paid, which was not a lot. Location is excellent; minutes away from the metro station. One of the two lifts was under maintenance for quite a long time during our 2-night stay, so it took a while (almost 10 minutes) to move around in the hotel during peak periods. The basement luggage storage room could use a little more security; anybody can access the entire room without any real supervision and just ringing the front desk.

Everything is perfect. The friendliness of all the staff especially the little Lady in service at the breakfast bar. Very attentive to the needs and well being of the customers.

Jewelry scam, they made you believe we sell you a certain mark Pascal Szerman for watches. In the meantime the elevator you fall for one of them. Before you decide on the buy. You tend your card and you say "Oh no no it makes the liquid for the bijoix" strange but took in buying you forget your distrust. No ticket Fund, no trace of the purchase, thank you bye…
Arrive home you realize that there you're screwing. The shows in the box is not the right brand! It costs 15 euro and you have paid 80.
A shame! Bands of fools. Hustler and speaking of these little gentlemen took in their work (? ) Wonder what they're doing actually for that matter, a little more honesty and above all learn to be nice friendly and welcoming. Everything to see and report!

Downside: cannot connect to Wi — Fi and card room which are disabled every day. Breakfast too expensive.

Nice rooms, a hotel recently renovated, everything was there for a good stay. Only downside, the breakfast was to 100000 dun Parisian breakfast places. No Crescent. We had the right to bread crumbs and crackers, too bad. The area is very nice, no act of the Bercy village and a subway train.

Although the room is little small, other conditions of the room are very good. It's clean, with nice lights. The hotel is also just next to the metro station and beautiful shopping cluster, Bercy village. Most of all, the hotel provides FREE Wi-Fi! 5 Stars is never overrated. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable. It is located very very close to the subway in a nice and friendly neighborhood. The standard of the room and service is way above an usual 2 star hotel, especially for paris. The only negative thing is the size of the room. It is quite small even for Paris.
