The COB restaurant has opened! Interesting Concept, beautiful perspectives: modern kitchen that plays on the colors, grey and soft decor. The terrace is promising.

Quality and cleanliness are the words of the order of this establishment. I would highly recommend it if you have to go to the area especially since Chantilly is a nice little town.

They proposed rooms on the 5th floor without Elevator. Despite being classified 4 * The standard rooms do not have the refrigerator for drinks.

We've stayed in many BWs over the years, and they always provide a basic level of service that's acceptable​. This place is an exception. On an unusually warm day in October, the staff was unable to turn on the air conditioning. Computer and safe not working. They were wholly inept in dealing with a simple request. The hotel is on a main street, so we we had to choose between the motorcycle noise and smell of exhaust or a hot stuffy room with no air circulation. Subsequently, the hotel turned on the air and comped our breakfasts. They need to address these problems faster.

35 Euros extra for a small dog! and 50 euros of penalties because smell of cigarettes in the room (I smoked at the window and the wind brought back the smoke inside).

I booked a room on booking at 83 euros, I find myself with a bill of more than 170 euros! Moreover this hotel was allowed to debit my business card without my permission!

Good value for money The hotel and the room do what you expect from a hotel, sleep, shower, eat, nothing exceptional.

Large, comfortable room with all amenities. Large extended balcony with outdoor furniture. Staff are very friendly and approachable and they are willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

One of the worst hotels I've ever visited! The rooms smelled like a sewer because of bad bathroom ventilation. The hotel was pretty but the staff was terribly rude constantly. We had issues with our bookings and they made it really difficult, forced us move our room 3 times during a 5 day stay. Timothy was the only one to try to help us but he isn't a manager, so he was limited. At least he was friendly. Also, their room card "keys" didn't work in elevators and our group were forced to walk up and down a dark staircase. They also threatened to limit basic amenities like towels and toilet paper! I would NEVER stay there again and will warn anyone who asks for a recommendation. Definitely not a great first impression for my first trip to Chantilly!

No hot water, no internet, elevators didn't work… and not even a small discount on our stay. Probably better to avoid this one.

Bad service, stained carpet, room STANK! It smelled like a mixture of smoke, sweat and chewing gum. The toilet was mounted so high I could dagle my feet, and I'm 190cm tall.

Probably the worst hotel experience I have had. They gave me a room which wasn't cleaned after the previous guests left. The AC wasn't working. In fact, I was woken up by profuse sweating and suffocation due to unavailability of AC.
