Two restaurants: one gastronomic (1 *) the other "gourmet". We eat very well in this second, called "winter garden". Starter menu + main course + dessert at €50. Glass of wine from €9, bottle from approx. €35.
Neat service. Beautifully decorated dishes. A good place to celebrate a family event or just to have a good time.

Establishment that would pale with jealousy well of five stars with a rare level of services and a magical location straddling the city and a vast area that opens a view of a rare beauty. Perfect for some relaxing days including Spa sessions, exceptional cuisine and nights where only silence disturb the song of the birds or the sound of a carp that makes its Pirouette in the water of the Lake.

Relay and Castle very nice. Very good brunch on Sundays. Beautiful terrace.

No cold water in bathroom (I know, that's odd), light broken in bathroom, rude front desk person, really bad waitress in restaurant. Chantilly is great but don't stay here (for $1000 a night)!

High-end hotel with all the facilities for a luxurious stay near the Château de Chantilly which offers a superb collection of paintings. The Service is high level and the equipment complete. The rooms are spacious concierge Service.

While I’ve never been a staying guest yet I have eaten here regularly since it’s opening and come often for drinks. Both restaurants are excellent, I prefer the bistro in the Courtyard for great value and service. The more formal restaurant has outstanding food but you pay far too much for it to become a regular haunt. Generally very good although wait times for the bar can be very slow at times. Staff generally friendly and kind… always a plus!

Nice place for a romantic getaway at 1:00 in Paris. Just as suitable for a professional seminar of my experience.

We will keep a mixed souvenir of the bistro "gastronomic" offering an average value for money, a champagne served hot 2 times and a fairly uneven contact. It may also be necessary to descale the coffee machine:)
A 5-star rated property cannot be at this level.

The staff is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable. However for a 5 star, the services leave a little to be desired, no iron, no bath cap… The SPA is beautiful but the service is irregular. The first night person to greet us and the second tea, juices etc. Were not renewed and in the early evening when we arrived nothing more to drink or nibble. The doors are slamming all the time. However, the bistro and breakfast are of very good quality. Fresh produce. The setting is still beautiful.

A cosy and intimate COSI place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is nevertheless a park, or even a garden. It is a pity not to have a little green for a 5 star hotel in a natural park…

This place was incredible. Love love love. We checked in around 12:30 pm on Aug 19 2017. And to our surprise the room was ready. We were escorted to a beautiful suite. That over looked the English gardens of the chateau. We also had full access to the minibar. The staff treat myself and my family like rolyalty and it felt great after staying at the Le Grand in Paris. The beds were comfy robes and slippers were exquisite. With our hotel package we got access to the castle and horse stables. The bathroom was nicely done huge tub and rain fall shower. We checked out the spa the indoor pool was warm. I only wish it was salted. The saunas were incredible all in all love love love. My husband son and myself we ended the night in the bathrobes and slippers and ordered room service and watched French tv. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast and it was great. I will say this was the perfect end to our time in franc eit was relaxing and just what we needed for the long flight back to the states.

Gracious and we'll maintained, with balconies overlooking a fountain and park for some rooms. A short walk to the magnificent Chateau Chantilly, with its extensive art displayed in stunning rooms, and the adjacent museum of horses. The hotel has an informal restaurant, and an exciting one that boasts a Micheline star which it well merits.

Great spa, great hôtel, great bar. Close to the wonderful Chantilly domain. I definitely recommend this place for a peaceful weekend away from the city.

Very good service with friendly staff. However, the amenities are more of a 4-star than 5-star. We had a queen-size bed (instead of king-size) with a very small room with cotton duvet (whereas a standard 5-star in France should have plume de canard, or duck feathers). The indoor turkish pool was nice but way too small. The service by the pool was unfortunately lackluster — we asked for tea at night but was replied to saying they no longer served tea. This is unacceptable. If you cannot afford to have people bring hot water, then please install a machine that will does so by itself.

The delicacy of the premises is found in his cocktail: inventive and delicious.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, staff super pro, smiling and pleasant, and impeccable luxury room. A star less for the curious waiting for breakfast Sunday morning.

If there had been 6 stars I would have put them. Unforgettable experience in this hotel outstanding. The staff is extremely attentive to its customers, and folds into 4 to satisfy.
The rooms are huge and very well kept. The room service is impeccable.
About the Spa nothing wrong if a lack of staff. A lie where it is good to sit in a relationship.
The gourmet restaurant "La table of the Constable" is an all too exceptional experience. Let yourself be guided by the staff who give you the impression of being important a dinner. The sommelier will accompany each of your thoughtful and subtle dishes. The Butler will always be a small friendly Word for you. Without forgetting the star chef Arnaud Faye, who will come to take your news after a meal. You'll more than to drag in the lounge-bar for a nightcap in a very chic.

Very good service, but to not recommended for professionals who want to use Wi — Fi in the hotel. There are important risks.

Nothing to say about the staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with very comfortable bed. Rather try to get a promotion because the dry the room price is a bit high.

INTOLERABLE
We would like to warn all the people wanting to live in the hostel of the Palm game that our car was used without our knowledge by the staff of the hotel during the night, so she had to be kept by the hotel's valet parking. We found that the person had smoked in our vehicle is that the autonomy fuel was lower.
The hotel refused to make a statement indicating that the vehicle has not moved.
We believe that it is common practice in hotel.
Therefore we were forced to file a hand running to the police station in order to guard potential offences carried out with our vehicle.
I leave you in the conclusions…
First tip: do not book this hotel if the booking was made by another service provider (private trip) keep your car keys.

• Noise in the rooms of the street, no soundproofing at the level of the windows. Half of the building of the hotel overlooking the street
• 45 minute wait to get shoes walk in a room and feather pillows.
• The staff of House without reserve the annoyance of the situation facing.
• Save on room cleaning kits (no razor, on demand…)
• No access to the Park
• The breakfast without large selection compared to the 'standard of the hotel.
• No return of the Director of the hotel following the various incidents despite our request.
