Great hotel! bedroom, bedding, decent bathroom. Warmly welcomed.

Hotel well located for Disneyland Paris. A small parking lot available. The front desk listens at any time of the day or night. At the top to recommend.

Great for the price. 90 euros for 2 adults and 1 child. Breakfast would be extra 10 per person.

A good hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean.

Great hotel. Very clean and in a nice neighbourhood a university area. The train is close by which has a very quick journey to Disneyland Paris or the other way into central Paris.

I stayed two days on this hotel, breakfast is ok. However rooms are bad, specially the toilet with mold on the ceiling. Worst part is the lifts both not working, I saw a old man on wheels looking for his stuff to change hotel, what a shame!

I loved the hotel, it is especially well located especially if you want to go to Disney (15min) and to Paris (20min). RER in the street, private parking and other in front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will come back with pleasure. Only downside, the restaurant of the hotel is closed on Friday evening and the elevator was broken in the evening, not terrible when you are at the 5th and we have already walked all day.

The hotel is nice, the reception too. The restaurant is not great nonetheless, and the rooms are slightly small and not soundproof.

Très simple et bien. Petite chambre mais suffisant pour dormir. Certaines choses sont à revoir dans la salle de bain.

Friendly and modern hotel 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from Centrex, convenient for exams but not easy at all to find by car with the works. Nice staff There's a candy bar for gourmets. I find the room very small for the price (€90 at night for 2 people) but at the same time normal the day before exams. Very clean. It was difficult to sleep because of an unknown thud and a little sore neck because of the pillow Attention to the door which is complicated to close. Restaurant at an affordable price.

If you like small rooms, you will like the Ibis. If you like tiny bathrooms, you will like the Ibis. If you like waiting for the elevator, because one was broken, if you like paying for any extras… they have Wi-Fi, but the free internet is slower than the pony Express, if you want to try dogmeat in the restaurant, try it at the Ibis. I did like free morning coffee, in the lobby, free lime water in the evenings and they had an extension cord with multiple sockets in the room.

Good location around an hour outside of Paris. The rooms were a bit small but service was good.

Clean room. Excellent Restaurant I would highly recommend the fried Camembert. Evening server Hyper friendly except those of the midi… Damage.

It was quaint but the service from the staff was bad. The walls were very thin. Our cleaning ladies would talk and talk while cleaning other rooms and we could hear everything. Other than that it was too small but for the price it was suffice.

Room with bad odor (a product to mask the smell of tobacco I guess). Triple room But only one bed for two and a couch transformed into what one cannot decently call a bed. Finally very noisy hotel. On the other hand very pleasantly surprised by the restaurant.

Welcome to a "corner" of suburbs. I slept there several times, clean rooms, quiet, near RER.
Several months ago, they helped a person assaulted on the street (refuge, Police call, etc. ) with a real concern for service.

On the city it is an establishment that I recommend.

Friendly staff but small cramped rooms, floor dirty, wall spotted, air conditioning turned on and then black spots on the duvet. Noisy — but inadequate cleanliness is the main problem. Nice parking.

Very small room, bad soundproof, smell of tobacco. We hear everything that goes on in the adjoining rooms and the hallway. No room to tidy up the business. Rated Hotel * * *? Just 2 and again because there is a restaurant on site. Charged more than 100 €/the night a shame.

The hotel is completely renovated, the rooms are not big but if functional, in little space you have everything and well laid out. The bed is helpful. The Desayumo more than enough with buffet. Very good hotel to go to Disney.

Very small room but nice and clean. Good location. Local shops and amenities. Great transport links into Paris and to Disneyland. We parked in the free car park and used the train. For the money it was excellent. 5 stars if restaurant was a bit cheaper and room bigger.

Yes, the rooms and the showers are small, but this is a good hotel. It's very close to the RER A train, about a minute walk and it's about 20 minutes from Paris. I've stayed here many times through the years and I have always appreciated the friendly staff.

Well-placed hotel with a modern reception. Apparently in renovation, rooms in works and occupied on the same floor with a strong smell of glue not pleasant + smells of sewers on the third floor. Very suitable catering. A "white boy" is searched in the hotel staff in vain.

by cons tiny room. We booked a room with 2 beds or 2 adults and a child. … the second bed was an extra bed camping style we remained a square of 1m2…

Very clean and modern hotel, staff go out of their way to please you. Rooms were small and basic but had everything you needed. Two minutes walk to railway line to Paris and DisneyLand. Beautiful Bakery on the end of the street is perfect for breakfast.

Nice clean room close to the train station. Hotel restraunt is pricey and not many other restraints nearby.

As a place to stay it's OK but tonight the receptionist has been useless. We waited 20 minutes to be served at the bar and eventually gave up. He was escorting people to their rooms. What's that all about. The shower was the other issue it ran cold every time someone else had a shower or used the water and the restaurant obviously is not used to being busy six wrong drinks and the wrong food order bah.

The rooms had to be ready for 12 H, we arrived at 6.30 pm already we had booked an adjoining rooms we had two separate rooms located diagonally and one of which smelled a lot of cigarette, going to the reception making claim a Young at the welcome takes us up, very unpleasant. 22 h still no room it's at 10.30 pm where they decided to change US hotel.

French breakfast not bad versus price. The rooms are quite small. The staff are very friendly and friendly. I will go back.

Reception and breakfast were very nice. But room was for me very poor, Why because room was very small, smelly, old toilet and bathroom, old Windows and much mosquitoes in my room.

Rooms ok. Poor and rude service from certain staff who cant be bothered to do their job!

We stayed here two nights to be close to Disneyland which is only 15mins away on the frequent RER. The room is small, but makes good use of the space, and clean. Some areas of the hotel look 'tired' but nothing excessive. I didn't see much around the hotel open, but that's fine. The hotel has a bar, and a vending machine (although broken when I wanted to use it). The staff knew English and were helpful when help was needed. Overall the experience was fine, and I would stay again if I wanted to visit the area again.

Good positioning near the RER, discreet camer with the bare minimum and good restaurant.

Recently refurbished. Clean nicely designed for an ibis. Only issue was parking which is available in a private lot back of the hotel. Although staffed 24hrs, we couldn't get anyone to open the gate… staff needs to be in the lobby and not in some room when needed. Despite this, service during say hours were good. I would recommend this place for those wanting to visit Disneyland and Paris since the RER is across the street.

Great location of you want to go to Disneyland or Paris downtown. Easy access to the RER. I felt like the rooms were better than other Ibis hotels we stayed at. The room was clean, the reception area was nice. There were some issues parking but good thing street parking was free. For sure we will go back. Like any other Ibis hotel, the toilet is positioned too close to the wall. If you have long legs, it will be an issue to use it.

Because the 26.09.15 when I was asleep I year cleaned up to 400 euros that were in the portfolio over the desk and the days following I did block the various cards.

Nothing special. Small rooms and very very small restroom. The airconditioner did not really work. The internet had a limit of 200MB download. It is an old hotel building with some weird smell coming all the time. But overall for the money it is just ok place. I will not stay here again.

The price and the restaurant are probably the best asset of this hotel (restaurant closed the weekend). So, this is a small problem because we were looking for a hotel! Hall undergoing renovation agree but the floors are of another era (the last renovation date probably 1980), carpet view on levels, room very small and not at all in agreement with the pictures on the website. Even if those are not binding, they should at least be of the good hotel? A multinational company like agreement should not use this disastrous process to sell hotel rooms! Speaking to the receptionist, it seems that everything the hotel will be redone! AER well but in the meantime, this hotel is to avoid at all costs (even low)!

Just above average thanks to its very good quality restaurant and its bedding firm (for those who appreciate).
the rest of the benefits and well be are means even if personnel a few days to lighten a bit.
Note: stayed there a week for professional seminar.
