Chez Marie Hotel

We come here out of curiosity but also on recommendations. You get a taste for it immediately as the dishes are excellent and the chef Sergio is an enthusiast.

A very nice and pleasant evening.
A nice setting with a neat décor.
A welcome, a chef and a service at the top.
And of course, because it's still the main thing, taste buds enchanted by the quality of the plates and wine.
It will now be a must-see for our holiday in Corsica.

Super restaurant. Really from the starters to dessert, a treat. The host very nice, I recommend it. D also it was booked for the week after the time to pay the bill.

We spent a wonderful week at Chez Marie. The room was comfortable, the restaurant was amazing and the hosts were friendly and helpful in guiding us to the best beaches and sights. The area is beautiful, rustic and authentic creating the perfect combination of relaxation and exploring. I wish we were there right now. Thank you Pascal and Sergio for a great stay.

Very well received, with a lot of heart, all with little care, delicious food in the garden with birds in the groves, very nice breakfast with Corsican specialities for the greedy of spreads, honey and orange jam Bitter. Go there without hesitation.

Very good reception, the rooms are comfortable, clean… The good surprise was the restaurant we did not expect, a small map where everything makes you want, dishes prepared with taste, with fresh and local produce, all that one loves. The breakfast is perfect. To finish the ambience is Cosie and refined, fireplace fire, candle, nice decor. In short I recommend.

This restaurant is less than 1 star. The people are really rude. If you come there tey lett you wait untill the locals have there food and drinks. We wated for almost an hour. Thaen when you get your food it is cold, sent it back and thaen after 20 minutes (one has already finished his food, they serve you another plate, at last… no way they served it to the wrong person it is for a local. All the tourist be aware that when you go there you will be treated like dirt. It is almost not worth to write a review. They has to be treated like they treat you. Do not go there.

I will come back… and I worry as I have not tasted the cuisine of chef Sergio. Everything is there : the atmosphere, the cocoon, the warm welcome, the decor quirky vintage… the breakfast in the garden with homemade jams, the Nuciole and toast. (I believe that they read in the thoughts) I'll extend my stay.
