Excellent food and setting in the beautiful village of Monticello.

Dinner at the restaurant. Beautiful view and very good quality of dishes as well as one of the best presentations and quality of dishes, dishes and glasses. Fish and meat of excellent quality and also the dumplings presented well and excellent. The very courteous but not very accurate service (you have lost a reach à partager) has nevertheless been forgiven. The quality of the desserts is excellent and the "mountain" setting with views of the beautiful Corsican sea is beautiful.

The hotel was okay, the dinner delicious. The spoiled by the mother of the manager, who smoked in the bar/breakfast room and didn't want to extinguish his cigarette.

We stayed here three days for a 12 night period. No regrets. Welcome to Corsica and warm. Very rich breakfast and in the evening a succulent meal. Brightly next year. Thank you very much to the boss and his employees.

A really wonderful dinner, simple but extremely well cared for and really excellent, we had dinner on the terrace from which we enjoyed a fantastic view. Polite staff and great quality price. Definitely recommended and if ever we go back here we will definitely return.

Friendly cool and casual. C is the life of this beautiful village. No night at the hotel but is well decorated and we probably owe to sleep there. Aperitifs are well accompanied by local delicacies. The food is original and made of local products. UM!
For dessert you'll love the Georgia ice.

Every year a stay of about 10 days to make the finest year; kindness and attention are an integral part of both tourist trip that taste.

We stayed at Hotel A Pasturella on 22-24 June 2015 for 2 nights with my wife and 21 years old son. We spent totally 10 days in Corsica and Sardinia and stayed at five different place and hotel. A Pastuella was the best one without any discussion. Aspecially meals were exteremely delicious and the wine selection was splendid. The staff was so polite and helpful. Cleaning was satisfactory and there was no parking problem at all. In short, A Pasturella was beyond our expectations. In our next visit to Corsica I will definitely spend at least 5 days in A Pasturella. I certainly advise everybody to stay in A Pasturella during their visit to Corsica.

The hotel I can not judge but for the bad restaurant value
framework and service that foreshadowed good things but very disappointed with the entrance and the main course
only positive their citrus and mint ice cream were delicious.
