The hotel is quiet, the rooms are quite large, well equipped (a small fridge, interesting to keep eating).
There is no air conditioning but the housekeeping staff closes the shutters after each pass which cuts off any heat input, so there is a good temperature as you enter the room.
The blankets are a bit dated but do the trick.
The hotel is well located, a 2 steps from the city centre.

Place correct, only downside no air conditioning in times of high heat.
In the rooms, extra storage would be welcome. In the shower room, shelves to lay things would also be no superfluous.
Breakfasts are very simple, they deserve to be improved.
Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel, on the plus side, the Wi-Fi works well, another positive point display of the latest elevator overhaul.
