What a disappointment for this Campanile hotel in Charleville. I went there for a business trip. The hotel has aged a lot the facilities have become decrepit. Air conditioning works, however, which will recognize it in August 2018 is much needed. There is a certain tension between the team members. Despite everything the waiters in the dining room do everything to please you in the evening at dinner. The chef is all alone in the kitchen and he still has a lot to do. The diver is watching you from the corner of your eye, which is very unpleasant to say the least. In the morning breakfast opens 12 minutes late and the boss opens by saying hello without even apologizing or when you work 12 minutes is a lot at that time. In short if you come to relax you are on holiday I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If you come for work negotiate the price because it's not worth much. I hate to criticize like that because I know all the work it does for the people who work in this institution. But there sorry the customer is really not served despite the efforts of the staff.

Nothing to say about the state of the establishment which remains as much a classic campanile, but it sleeps well, only negative point. The welcome that is not to say expeditious!

A double room at Comfort Basic. No microwave or even a coffee machine space. The rooms would have great need of a new one, the one feels more like being in an old pass hotel.
The reception very friendly that said and a responsiveness regarding the requests on the Internet really nice. But disappointed with this hotel, we might have to go right next door to the F1…

Lack of catch next to the bed. Refreshment is necessary on the room side. Smell in the bathroom when I arrived. Restaurant basic and buffet not ready at 7pm (cold soup. No spoons and ladles. Suitable for evening step but for the price the quality is missing. The hotel is in a very private area. Clean but need a lil refreshing shot.

It was a very old hotel with no electricity in the rooms. Noisy because at the roadside and under a red light. Easy access, clean and personal listening.

Poor thermal and sound insulation, cleanliness to review the maid did not pass we reported and the answer was ' ' agreed ' ' the rooms deserve a good renovation. I do not recommend.

The Hotel is very nice. Rustic room, dirty, litter hole, no electrical outlet near the bed. Bad soundproof.

Very disappointed of the restaurant which was nevertheless good of the time of the former managers… more choice, steak request rare dry TT, take with Suze because more than ace and without warning. And without apero or ice cake… no presentation in the dish, … worthy of a snack… and waitress not of the profession. N has not proposed aperitif and beverages. Control of the dish. Buffet dessert etsauces not refined and sachet, powder…

Hotel is old and does not cost money you pay for staying there. Restaurant comparing with “La Pataterie” which is placed in 20m across the road is expansive and could not be compared in sense meal quality. In the bill for 2 nights I found 3 time breakfast and dinner, which was already paid. After 10 minutes laud discussion, it was reduced to 2 breakfast and no dinner as it should be. Frustrating.

For the money, you couldn't ask for more. Worth paying a bit more than hotel F1 to get your own bathroom. Good shutters too. Near a nice bbq steakhouse also.
