Very welcome from ours arrival, very clean park and rental. Personal smiling and pleasant good luck to all the team of center parc a soon.

Very friendly staff and a very relaxing chalet in the woods made for a lovely family holiday. It is on the pricey side. For a family of five, it was quite expensive to buy food and drinks at the restaurants. Activities at the experience factory were also expensive. Two tokens for a run down 10 pin bowling alley? 🤔. We’ve been to three different Center Parcs in Europe. I don’t know if we would come back to this one.

Very comfortable and clean cottage, unlike other reviews I have read… The meal delivery service is very nice for the holidays!
The aquatic area is also great, and clean, although very very crowded.
But paying so much during the week that, in the end, having to pay again for the children to do activities is a bit infuriating. (Elasto-trampo / make your plush…) But overall we had a very nice stay and we should repeat the experience!

Lamentable for multiple reasons. We will never go back. Zero customer service.

Having worked in this place I find that the staff of the dome is not necessarily welcoming, on the contrary the outside staff is very pleasant, great setting, out with exceptional family.

Very disappointed! We came on a Monday, to enjoy the estate and all outdoor activities are closed! Very disappointing given the price of admission! I sent several emails and no one answers them!

Only downside the pizzeria unpleasant staff + d an hour of waiting after the agreed time! if you are in a staff galley do not take pizza orders to take away if you can not honor them.

While we were pleasantly surprised by the park, the welcome and our cottage, we made the mistake of ordering a meal delivered to the cottage!
For more than 60 €, we have a cold Asian tray, with nem sauce while on the tray there is doughnut of creâtes and samosa, no towels, 2 salads with a mini sauce per salad and a rice pudding so liquid that we wonder how it was made and the whole thing is barely edible once reheated in the microwave … in short, below everything, they will no longer take us it is unacceptable, mouth!

We love coming to your home and once again we are not disappointed. Very clean cottage, quiet and serenity, everything is perfect. We are already thinking about our next stay. We thank your teams…

Big disappointment… Wild river closed for work. Very strong smell in the dome. Bcp of people had itchy eyes. At noon obligation to get out of the pool and therefore to get dressed because the snack inside is closed. Nothing is mentioned on their website. Too bad.

For my first center parc I loved it! Super nice, super quiet lodge! We were at 506 I loved the location! Well it's sure that the park deserves a big makeover but it's in progress I chatted with a restaurant waiter who explained to me that it was gone for 2 years of renovation between the lodges the pool lockers etc … What I liked less is the world on Saturday evening at the pool it was very unpleasant but unfortunately we can't help it! And for my part too many Parisian bobs but here too we can't do anything necessarily Paris is not far away! When I see the opinions of some I think that these people do not know how to properly appreciate the park and just enjoy the weekend properly! In that case stay at home 🙂

What a brilliant/beautiful place to visit and I highly recommend it. Theres so much to do, the staffs English was limited but 100x better than my french, so it was good to practice!

Excellent stay, reviews are harsh and it worried me at the time of booking. To do, cottage can be outdoor aging but very clean and well designed. The aquatif area is very pleasant crowded during the school period. The meals delivered are well organized and of good quality. Provide a cottage very close to the facilities otherwise rental of essential bicycles. Excessive cart prices.

Very nice nice and spacious park.
Quiet, nice and very comfortable cottage.
Regarding the services: the animations are very nice our girls liked the circus activity and the animators; the staff is very attentive and the delivery of meals to the cottage is just perfect.
Of course the aquamundo is beautiful, and starting the year in a bubble bath is still magical.
A small downside on the cottage that deserves a little youthful look. This did not bother us since it was clean and very well equipped.

Very disappointed not to be able to go after a 1st call to cancel we call them back 1h00 after to reconsider our decision but there surprise too late we would have to buy the stay because computer they can not go back. There is something to laugh about they would have done better to tell me that they make a credit for us and that they resell the stay so in total 2 stays booked. Good commercial action.

We rented a cottage for a week with 4 bedrooms, none of them were clean.
The cottage had not even been cleaned, we had to vacuum and wash ourselves (I want to remind you that we paid 3000 euros a week, cleaning had to be done on arrival the beds as well).
I pass you the number of spiders in the rooms…
No coffee maker either as advertised…
We are used to going to other park centers and this is the first time we are so disappointed.

Non-existent and inoperative customer service. I've been waiting for a refund for two months and no one deigns to answer me.

I really advise 20. Arrived at the end of the day point information not very smiling and friendly, while the next day we came across a very friendly and extremely professional person. Premium cottage bath has old-fashioned swirl and that doesn't work anymore, we booked compared to the activities available on the site. And we are told no equestrian center it is in work not formulated on the site it is noted 'available' so advertising false children very disappointed because he wanted to do a lot of pony and I the horse frankly has 200th night can very disappointed. They found us a solution so that our children could ride ponies.

I totally advise 2 plying park. Arrived for a booking of a vip at more than 2000 euro. The cottage was not prepared no heating or hot water. Moreover, walking in the dome a woman offers to make a teddy bear she attracts the child in her chosen store a plush garment and when she leaves she tells us her fact 25 euro. Pure theft. Very bad image for center park. A park center board yes my not this one.

Very nice stay in a premium cottage. The dwellings, although updated, are still quite aging, but spacious and well laid out, without screws so very well. The aqua Mundo is also excellent, with clean and well heated water and different spaces for young and old. It's big enough not to be on top of each other so we can enjoy it.
The rest of the park is clean and very relaxing. Allow bikes to get around because the distance can be great.
The downside concerns the activities and catering on site which are still quite expensive, it's a shame. But we are well above a campsite by the sea in terms of services.

Pool at the top but at the price of admission we expect more comfort in the toilets. The booths to change are really small so difficult with a toddler getting organized. And only 3 small individual showers with so little pressure that it's hard to rinse… After a whole day in a pool we like to take a real shower especially when you have the road to get home after. Apart from the toilet the rest is clean and pleasant. It allows you to have a good time with your family.

First time at center parks as far as I'm concerned. So I'm going to make two lists.
Positives:
The proximity of the activities, many possibilities.
The cottages are really in the middle of the forest and close to streams so a real air name for.
The aquatic centre's schedules are wide enough.
Very nice by bike and to ride around.
Pleasant staff.
Negatives:
Cottage a little dated.
Not very efficient appliances.
Aquatic centre a little small for the number of people.

Nice outdoor area but the structures are ageing and deserve a shot of nine especially the bowling alleys that date from the years 90 the same for the arcade games. By the cottages they are very well equipped but the housekeeping is not pushed in the corner of the cabinets and behind the bedside tables result bcp d spider who are happy to wander on you at night.

Above by the fact that the park is not well maintained enough, aging park. The dome is on the other hand very simpa it feels good but again it lack of maintenance. The activity is very often paid for it is a bit like being their money pump. Overall quite relaxing.

Very clean and new comfort Cottage. Well-equipped. Heater that worked fine. We were in the 325 for 6 people area 3 not far from the Deer Park. Attention is far from the dome, bikes or cart advised. Clean pools, and hot. Too bad the cottages are so expensive as well as all the activities. Too many activities for children not enough for adults. Without the participation of my EC, we would not have put this price.

Great relaxation area, especially for nature lovers who ride a bike be sure to take it for families with children, the kids will be delighted with the pool, slides and waves in the pool that include every hour. Just a variety of entertainment, there is a choice, minus with the entertainment that tickets need to buy in advance t to not enough free seats and many mugs just do not work more than once a week, it is a minus!
The rooms are very comfortable, but the design is not modern.
With food you will not have problems, there are restaurants and bakeries and even carfur on the Teretoria recreation area. Also you can take food in advance with you.

6pers Comfort Cottage: For 10 years I had not returned to Center Parcs (normal given the exorbitant prices: €800 for 4 days! ). The cottage was really dirty: the little dirt that was swept was not thrown away and remained to the broom, the soil was filthy, my sister's sheets had many traces of blood. The place has really aged badly… A good coup of nine would be clearly to redo. As for the activities, some are very nice and at affordable prices, but others, besides being expensive, are almost inaccessible because all the time full (horseback riding). I would like to point out that a family does not necessarily have four people. We wanted to make pedals, but there is no more than 4 pers and we could not take 2. The number of carts is too high, and some people do not seem to understand that the car is supposed to stay outside the park; You don't feel safe when you ride a bike. Fortunately, the pool (when not full to crack) is great, with the wave pool, toboggans and the famous Wild river that I've always loved. Although with drawbacks, Center parks is quite restful. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever come back, or maybe just a day. I advise to come one day but no more.

Very good time spent on this site. In passage from 14 to 18h for €26. Super off season… Practically no one to enjoy the aquatic spaces: Toboggans, Wild River renovated, the famous swimming pool with or without waves, etc… Rays of sunshine that come to visit us between two clouds. Not too many shrill noises. It really made me rest. A little drink in one of the bars. Super. I went there early April 2018.

Structure accuses the weight of years, changing rooms of the swimming pool clearly under-sized. Too little of the cabin family, forced to take cabins single with 2 children great! Swimming pool top but far too many people and overcrowded! by the time it is even impossible to move! the cottages also background old and worn. Dishwasher, micro-wave and dirty floor to get, cobwebs… (and do not look under the couch you may be running)

Deep into the Sologne Forest, you understand the meaning of nature.

A Center Park that starts to grow old. The cottages would need a new shot. On the other hand a big problem the cars that circulate in the park without stopping, it becomes annoying especially when one only travels by bike. I do not find it very safe for children. We are no longer in the spirit of nature without a car. It's a shame.

Beautiful area very quiet and well thought out, nothing to complain about the spacious and very clean cottage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beware of the State of the walk paths some water holes are deep in strollers and the lighting is sometimes failing. The aquamundo is nice and overall well maintained. The +: sights nearby. To conclude: a beautiful family destination.

Great stay! I recommend, we went with family we broke. We did some activities and we were not disappointed apart by some rude and rude staff.
Don't forget to fill your wallet for activities.

didn less well than last year to the three forests in Moselle… the cottages are older and less well laid out. Far too many vehicles circulate or are parked along. Less entertainment for children the equipment is pretty rustic for the price it's a pity…
overall a bit disappointed.

Aqua Mundo aged and poorly maintained: half of the showers that do not work, toilets that leak when shooting, locker rooms that no longer close… Insufficient water temperature to fully enjoy the winter.
Contrary to what is expected, cars circulate and Park every day on the whole fleet. The management just put the posters on the abandoned cars which cannot be enough to deter the idiots. Some even circulate against the senses, be careful!
In short, a nice start idea that went wrong because of a big let-go. Park to avoid.

A stay in a very pleasant Christmas period. Staff very friendly and friendly with us. Spacious rental. Only flat but very small the fact of having to leave the rental earlier of the fact that the cleaning staff has passed and started 1h30 before making the keys.

The +: large, quiet (ideal for resting), lots of activities, very family oriented. If you order pizzas, they are delicious:). A very useful Carrefour market.
The —: average cleanliness, no towel or shower gel in the rooms. Swimming pool saturated. Some activities too expensive. Staff not always very friendly. Several machines down.

The Park is rather clean in General, very nice and wooded. The staff are helpful and smiling. The cottages are clean although sometimes you can see a bit of relaxation.
The Park offers a large activity (for finance) which makes the family happy.
The pool is very nice although not very clean (slide staircase for example). Some shops and restaurant that are out of their price.

Chalet was OK and everything inside the chalet worked. In general the whole complex felt a bit run down. I was surprised at the number of vehicles that were driving around all the time, some of them fast with children cycling around. We were there in August and it was Very Very busy. Being In the swimming pool was not very nice at all constantly bumping into other people and the river was so busy it was dangerous. I wouldn't go back, definitely not in August. Oh and it doesn't look anything like the marketing photos you see for centre parcs.

If you like the crowd and the ambiance of a subway train on a day of strike, this place is for you! All over each other in the pools. Jacuzzi inaccessible for lack of space. 30min waiting for each slide.
Finally a place where the customers are money pumps. Plan to take on you because everyone stomps on you but no one apologizes.
Very bad because the place is great and the facilities are good. The activities are varied and the place conducive to having a good time.

Good park, chalets are fine, not as modern as some in the Netherlands. However, big warning for people needing gluten free products; no breakfast products can be arranged for deliveries, very limited products in shop. We avoided restaurants as they appeared not to cater for gf. Only selected gf items at the sit in breakfast in dome.

Lovely villa and a great pool, family of three enjoyed it immensely.

Great fun. Kids loved the water park.

Excellent leisure and vacation park full of outdoor and indoor activities. The must are the different pools available! Highly recommended for families with kids.

Very nice holiday Center. We get around by bike. The "dome" pool access is included in the rental. The VIP bungalows are excellent with hottub, sauna and hammam. The only downside some holidaymakers do not respect usage do not take their car during the stay, while most cycles.

Very disappointed!
From the entrance, before parking, staff to review. No courtesy, and a total contempt. Even if they are there to work, it is not tolerable to be hateful towards customer. The place for paintball lying beside the parking access is dilapidated and misplaced. When in the site, it gives little information and did not warn if the Park is complete. In addition, excessive prices especially during school holiday periods. In reading the many comments, we see easily that a large number of visitors is disappointed.

Stay from 17 to 25/07/2016. Cottage 552 (premium) wet with stagnant water behind 2 beds, (photos available) unbreathable atmosphere with an unacceptable humidity. After a complaint, terrible night and re award of the 550 cottage: a bit better, but still problems: broken glass, window that opens, interior doors that don't close properly, terrace, chairs, table and chairs, dirty…
Conclusion: Aging Cottages, very badly maintained, more than doubtful cleanliness on arrival, obligation to clean up what is unquestioned. Value disappointing.

INADMISSIBLE, the outer part of the bedroom is closed and we have 10 euros per person for consideration that does not allow access to expensive and short-term activities. Of more sloppy and shoddy proposed activities are often nice see dangerous as paintball with protection masks that do not allow to see, for example the protections useless we are left with bruises and covered in paint the balls pass through the combination. The selection of stores is limited, the only bakery offers frozen bread. Despite all the framework remains friendly and staff the plate is impeccable and comfortable bedding, however the Wi — Fi is expensive and access to mobile network limited.

I love center Park. The atmosphere is really friendly, cottages well fenced and without screws to screw or very little. It get around by bicycle or on foot and there is a car. I did not put 5 stars for the following reasons:
-In an area of the park there are peacocks. It is very nice to look at especially when they are not too wild. The pb it is that he have a loud cry and that they also use night it which is quite unpleasant if lies in this area (including area VIP).
-The installation are all younger. All chalets are regularly renovated and maintained well water games. But some equipment is not necessarily the height (completely damaged bowling ball, same goes for the ball pool, …). Nothing too bad, but considering the price, is expected to better.

STAY AWAY! A shame!
All the outer part of the aqua Mundo closed in May and June without us prevent before the delivery of the keys (the main reason for our coming being the wild river).
When we talked about the problem, we had €10 of compensation per person! NO activity is possible at that price without an extension.
At the reception, impossible to have to do to a Manager to get more information (either saying that renovations were intended only a month before the start… beautiful organization! ).
In addition to the dilapidated premises, processionnaires caterpillars which have all infected (even the bubble water), hospitality rude when it is not nonexistent, the tranquility that does not work in the bubble, the interminable wait for the slightest attraction, no 3G network and a Wi — Fi out of price (€ 40 for 2 days! ), the cleanliness of the pool extremely limited, an educational farm with 3 animals in deplorable States of health (or animal protection associations? ), it's simply unacceptable!
A true pump has money that absolutely does not respect its customers and whose standing does not correspond to the prices.

Nice place but pay for Wi — Fi €15 for a day… and not having 3G in the 21st century (deliberately garbled? ) is very disappointing and it cost a star… Too bad because the program near Disney will open… And even if it is Pierre & Vacances also hope that the same error on the Wi — Fi will be not repeated…

The high heaths area is a beautiful place with a nature of sight.
The dome separates into 2 parts:
• A commercial part with shops and restaurants but also a crossroads, Paul bakery and catering.
• A water game with an indoor pool, slides (with and without buoy), Wild River, a jacuzzi, a solarium…
The cottages are classic but comfortable with very good bedding. Note however that few mobile operators (Free, Sosh, Bouygues) can spend in Center Parcs, it will be so difficult to have Internet via mobile data, you will mostly be Edge or 3G.
Side activities, you will be able to make the bowling, paintball, shooting archery, ride bike or buggy, tennis, ping pong… for prices that are still fairly reasonable.

NS are currently. Well ds the cottage. Eden prenium. Good hope now has share dirty locker room because people do not respect the Barefoot areas.

WE start March in family in cottage for 8 people. Interior very well. The pool was good period not too crowded at all.
Failure to return car. Thanks to security especially love team who helped me has to load my car on a platter.
However the team all but commercial maintenance.

Stay perfect, Interior redone to nine, lots of dishes, mondo with pool aqua waves every hour, 2 jacuzzis, bcp (especially paying) activities.

Just perfect stay at Center parcs. Ideal for a family weekend, the activities are great and we have so much fun in the aqua mundo is not time spent.
Very nice and well decorated cottage (eden premium).
Renew every year.

We tested this area during the holidays of Easter 2015.
The area is beautiful and well maintained. We had the cottage 809 (comfort eden) which was very good and clean. The only downside of this cottage, it is located beside a small bridge (so each pass of a fleet vehicle or electric it was a bit noisy). However, when we return we will take a cottage premium or vip in zone 0 (quieter).
Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
This area ranks in our top 3 :-).

C's out of Central Park there are lot of things interesting the ba I already go there I assure you it is too well there's slides me my prefer c is the Wild River and good MUDs I go back with the bouchet piquemal family and course gabillaud us what I wish you a happy new year all and I'm full of big kisses to you and also it There's a swirls and also full of big slide good j stop blabbering and let you lease has the next I makes you big kisses and see you the year next to ski this lease time.

Too many people. Not enough staff. Too expensive. Poorly designed (not bike tracks, circulate around the cars, WTF? ). We arrive, they give no maps of the surrounding area. (When it is open), and when there is no priority 3 (mediocre) seminars attractions (open from 10-12, 14-17). Organizers should hang a vacation at Club Med to learn how manage a holiday village.
