One of the criteria for choosing this hotel was Air Conditioning and it was working like a dream during the heatwave. When we arrived the room and all facilities were nicely cool. Hotel has convenient free car park on the back. Room was clean and had and modern with shower and separate toilet. Modern, minimalist decor. Our room overlooking the car park was very quiet. There was very little traffic in August on the main boulevard. Hotel does not have restaurant but has room delivery with food in jars. We didnt try it and opted to walk to find restaurant in city center 10 minutes away. Local beers served at the bar.

Great value hotel and central location for your visit to Orléans. Free off road parking makes this a good stop over hotel. Helpful staff who speak good English.

Easy to find. Free parking and plenty of it, through arch way. Swift check in. Very efficient. Room lovely and air con perfect as we snuggled under the duvet for a good nights sleep. Walk to the town along the river and find history, shops and beautiful places to dine. Lovely for a short or long stay.

Nice little hotel. It actually is pet friendly yet note that you’re gonna have to pay a certain extra amount per dog per night.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and am always so satisfied. It is a very good value for money…

What a good place to stay en route for the south. Charming staff, quiet room, easy parking, comfortable beds. Adelightful place to stay. We may well return when stavelling south.

The room was nice The indoor parking is great, and the Wi-Fi is free of charge. Only downside: Hotel slightly poorly located, you have to walk 15-20min to reach the sights.

Charming room in a hotel located a few steps from the Loire and one kilometre from the city center.
Just a problem managing the breakfast tables at the rush hour which are only released and cleaned up in the rhythm.

I do not understand why you still keep a reservation of € 90, 00 on my creditcard 20 days after I stayed in your hotel.

Nice hotel, with a very accessible parking, large behind the hotel. The rooms are nice although a bit narrow. The hotel is close to the city center and the cathedral, easy to reach on foot. The white facades of the historic centre are remarkable, the city is quiet and well-appointed. The banks of the Loire are being renovated.

Dirty bed linen with pubic hair found in the bed! Unbelievable! They don't change the sheets between guests, I was thoroughly disgusted with every aspect of this hotel! Avoid this place at all cost the staff are arrogant and condescending.

Very efficient staff, great location, good price. The main bonus for us was easy car parking, we were in a van and it was no problem.

Stayed here for a night and the rooms were clean, and they also provided us with the hot water kettle. Over all good experience.

Well-lit parking garage, very centrally located but very narrow One-and Off-ride.

This hotel is far from unpleasant but its concept is confusing for one who like me spends time in hotels. It seems that you want to attract all types of clientele at once (family, VRP, tourists) and this gives a pleasant hotel but without identity or hidden.
A historical façade but an interior genus Extreme makeover
A name (Oceanía) whose origin does not jump to the eyes (away from any ocean and no spa…).
Room Service (excellent idea) but with Verrines (again inspired by M6? ).
For the rest excellent bedding, friendly staff and good breakfast buffet.

I booked a room for my son and grandson for the 3rd time and they are always very satisfied with the hotel. They live in France and was on a holiday at our home in Holland. Oceania Orleans is very good stay for a night, good parking, friendly staff, good service, close to the center and nice vieuw! So thank you very much!

Comfortable stay, a little way out of town but a pleasant walk. Good safe parking but not easy to access off busy road.

I stay there almost every week for several nights and can only recommend this hotel. Nice room, breakfast at the top and very nice team.

An excellent hotel, modern recently renovated rooms — compact but very comfy. Parking is at the rear of the hotel and is completely enclosed by very tall walls — it is also floodlit at night — so security is excellent. The staff were very efficient and helpful — the buffet breakfast is fine — I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel perfect, location at 1 / 4 h walk from downtown, set back from the road, warm welcome, very friendly helpful staff, very nice room quiet, modern, nickel bathroom, very comfortable bed, HD TV, nice view on the Loire, breakfast-buffet English breakfast, parking at the back easy and secure, value for money excellent mid-April (see in high season) thanks for those 2 nights. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff is very friendly, the setting is nice with view on the Loire, but for the rest, it's catastrophic.
My room, the 113, I could hear the discussion of the 2 rooms that surrounded me, and worse, one on top, needed only the pictures to follow the movie they should watch.
11.00 additional to qualify one to breakfast from 7: 00 to 11: 00.
We are down to 10: 00 with my wife, there wasn't more pastries, more cheese, omelet, more bread cakes… so 11.00 euros x 2 for bread butter jam and orange juice, it's expensive breakfast! We have therefore regret and shorten our stay one day and lost 70. €00 but at least, at home, there will be a breakfast and a night without noise.

This will make several times that I choose this hotel when I'm passing in Orleans and I'm still very happy. The reception is excellent, the rooms very clean and comfortable, the breakfast which is served by a very kind and friendly staff. To summarize, it is a very good hotel, do not hesitate. I want to clarify that what I wrote is really sincere and that I haven't been paid either… Good stay at you too a happy provincial (in bed) …

Everything was great. Especially the bed, the pillow, the bathroom, the generous breakfast, the TV and great choice of channels including BBC 1&2, and a great protected car park, a beautiful exterior and location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the design of the hotel was pleasing. My only criticism is that our room was a bit small, but as we were only making a stopover it didn't really matter.

On the course of the Loire by bike, our group of 4 friends found in Orleans, on the edge of the Loire this pretty hotel of character, very welcoming, with its private parking, its renovated all rooms comfort, and its full buffet and hearty full breakfast;
Extra, to recommend quality-price ratio.

Lovely little hotel though the outside didn't do justice to the inside. Modern decor and helpful and welcoming staff made this a easy break on a long drive. For me the important things are : clean room — yes, secure parking-yes, dogs welcome-yes and a nice breakfast-yes. Would definitely stay again and would look at their chain for my next stay in France.

Really good, its break fast is kind of small bit it has everything a good breakfast need, the rooms are new and the beds are excellent.

The top service! Although school deserve a few refurbishments, this does nothing to the quality of the service. Very good stay and reasonable prices in comparison. A counselor.

Unpretentious, modern rooms, excellent bathrooms, and a very generous buffet breakfast with ham, cheese, cereals, fruit, juices, etc. Close enough to the center of town to walk, far enough that it's very quiet. It's built in the old vinegar plant, and the cellars are still there in the parking lot. We've stayed there twice. Oh yes, there's an elevator, too.
