A great team, pleasant, caring … Extra facilities… A sublime setting. In short, a royal campsite. Excellent for offline. Thank you all from the green spaces to the restaurateurs and not to mention Fatima. Besides, a big kiss. See you next year who knows.

Too bad you have to pay for arrival and not be able to choose its location. Lack of friendliness at the reception. Otherwise good camping.

Excellent camping, quiet, well shaded with all the amenities. Nice bar and restaurant. Staff at the very friendly and attentive welcome. To advise.

N is not up to its so-called 5 stars. We had a low-end Mobil home. Reception closed between noon and two. Barbecue No television. Nothing related to the given stars. Lack of sunbeds at the pool. Noisy. Finally very disappointed.

We spent four days at the top.
It was all over. The staff is really friendly.
We will return it for sure.

Nice welcome, but photo of the pools very advantageous on the site. The by water is not so great. Fun playground for children and varied activity choices.
Household limit of the mobile home (spider, Windows dirty) and lack of material (4 bowls for a mobile home of 6) No thrifty, Pillows disembowelled…

Nice campsite. New Bungalow, new equipment. Very nice. The pool is fast repetitive for more than 15 years but remains a magical place for the little ones! Nice staff.

I did not like at all the fact of being parked with the English. No mix of nationality what a pity and clubs reserved to some but not to others.

First time I’d stayed in France. Was nice friendly and clean place. Food was good too. Nice pool. Standard cabin. Biker friendly. Had a pleasant 5 day stay. Plenty of local sights to see.

Convenient location for exploring the castles. Large grounds, pool, playground for children. The cabins are cozy, but very small rooms, cramped.

A very nice place in the castle park with a large play area and varied pool landscape. Clean sanitary buildings, there is nothing missing. In the snack bar, however, it is better not to order pizza.

We had a great holiday here. Stayed in a VIP mobile home which made it extra special. Great location in the woods. Really good pools and slides. Just been taken over by a chain which seemed to be planning improvements at just the right time. Really lovely part of the world. Fab.

I was deterred by pricing in this place. 1 person with caravan: 37 euros per night. Plus 6 euros for electricity. I had no idea what could be offered to justify this price.
On the positive side, the reception pointed to the cheaper communal campsite. Friendly and helpful they are anyway. The other place fully met my expectations.

Busy. Stayed as stopover at end of holiday so children had pools to play in. Pitch was lovely, sanitary block OK, lots of hot water for washing up and showers were very good. Lots of bugs in showers though but that didn't really bother us too much. Whilst not really anything wrong with the campsite itself it was just too busy and loud for us so doubt we'd return but the basics which are really the most important were good. The girl in the take-away worked alone and worked very very hard in soaring heat — she was a real star and deserves the wages of 2 people as she was doing at least two peoples work. Well done to her.

Family friendly campsite in a great location. We were delighted to return after a few years. We had a lovely large camping pitch near the bathrooms and were very comfortable. The lazy river at the pool is the highlight for our teenage daughter. We also appreciated the bar and take away facilities.

Thanks for a nice night. Pizza could have been better (too much flour taste), animation could have included some songs for German or at least non-British kids, shop could have a bigger choice, but service was very good, camp sites very spacious and nice. Washing rooms clean and not crowded, we would definitely come back for a night on the way to/from French Atlantic coast. But: There is a nuclear plant just a few meters up the river Loire. Not a good feeling when seeing that after leaving the place.

Very expensive camping, but without being able to justify the price. The toilets are plentiful, but not very clean. The showers pleasant and heated, but also not very clean. Everything costs extra, horrendously much (Kettcar 8 € / h). The pool area is nice for the children. The squares are without any imagination on parallel streets, in between caravans, tree houses and large, fixed tents.
Overall, we advise against camping, as not wild enough.

Beautiful campsite close to many sights on the Loire. The plots are large enough and beautifully laid out. Friendly staff, several heated outdoor pools, playground, restaurant/bar (solid average), a few aged fitness equipment and shop on site. The sanitary facilities are clean, but quite old and kept simple. Will not be appropriate to the price. The biggest drawback would be that at the beginning of August we paid €66, 10 for an overnight stay in a caravan with two children (5&7 years). By comparison, this is very hefty.

Nice and with many services. Swimming pool with slides and very wide.

On the plus side we had an over-sized pitch for a small campervan Negative: The toilets were a mess. Flooded floors, paper all over the place, dirty, broken flushers etc. Unruly kids climbing over the sink areas when washing dishes. Non supervision in pool when many were sitting at side unable to go in because of bullying groups of young people. Horrible atmosphere for +€50 a night. €3 per hour for Wi-Fi! The list goes on… Why stay here when you can stay stay at a municipal site for less than half with cleaner toilets?

Great site lovely staff. Very pretty and lovely area. We hired bikes and got a cycle map from reception and followed route 11 round the area, along the loire and to chateau chambord such a great experience. The only down side to the site is we were there in late june and the pool was half shut down, yhe resturant had a limited menu and there where alot od moscitos. Apart from that a great experience.

Lovely campsite. Very quiet. Shame the slides and other parts of the swimming pool were not working as so few people there… No real character to the site but could be time of year we went. Still a lovely site and the staff were all wonderful!

This is a high class campsite with all the facilities and amenities you'd expect. There are hard attending pitches for motorhomes and a range of options for other sites of accommodation. There's a nice bar together with a restaurant and pizzeria. What I particularly liked about it was that it managed to remain low key. I found two issues. Firstly, most pitches are on a noticeable slope. Secondly, there was a worrying issue with the pool. There had been a flood just before we arrived and the pool was closed. Fair enough. But they opened a covered pool after a few days and I went to check it out. There were a few children swimming in it and I noticed an alarming amount of debris on the bottom of the pool. The more I looked, the more it was obvious that the pool was not fit for use. I told the parent and the children got out. But they had been told it was ok to use (but a cold).

Pretty nice, quiet good pool. No Wi-Fi codes if reception is closed. Pretty annoying if it's an overnight stop and you have things to download.

Camping with Eurocamp. Great campsite with great facilities. Excellent swimming pools!

Very disappointed, we would stay there again not
home with a pseudo receptionist, supercilious and unpleasant, only interested in Dutch, as the Mini Club, or British customers if you're french, don't put your children, as the animators are… British or Dutch and Gibber two words in french, not really ideal for a child of 4 years.
The pool is dirty and cold, for the price it could be heated.
as for the cottages… cleanliness was frankly poor.
I found the delivery too expensive compared to what had been proposed on the internet.

Best campsite on the loire, we will definitely be back for our 3 day stay on route to the south of France.

Two "Disappointed" customers,
Concept of very attractive campsite for the English and Dutch (90% of the customers) but for a french: it's the flight! €51 to pitch his tent on a lot of waiting because no place! We yet well called the day before and the reception well guaranteed us free tickets for the next day and without reservation!
Another detail: the bottom of the pool is dirty, it must be the nest of amphibians once nightfall.
It's 2 times cheaper in high season at Quiberon, Carnac or la Baule in the same type of camping with identical benefits! WTF?
Plenty of activities leisure inside: overpriced of course…
In short, a juicy cash pump!
(P. S. : for the true campers, I recommend the camping Municipal friendship 3 * located in St-Laurent-Nouan on the banks of the Loire: the foot! ) Location 1 night with electricity: €10)

Fantastic place to stay. The staff were really friendly, there are good facilities on site with a well stocked shop, bar, takeaway and cafe. The park is set in a picturesque area with plenty of wildlife right outside your window.

Nice And Clean Large Parcel Of Land. Good base for sightseeing surrounding
Locksmith. Chambord is the best with the bike. Electricity plug French, Desk Adapter for a Deposit, bicycles ausleich. Wifi did not Work well. The square Bistro. Anyone who is Planning a one-day trip to what to eat take-away most of the Restaurant to make late-night (in June), there are small Budde with French fries/Pizza.

Lovely campsite located in the Loir and expensive, not far from the castle of Chambord.
Very closely as other castles of the Loire Valley such as Blois and Amboise.
You can also relax in the spa/sauna, or enjoy yourself in the slides.
The cottages are very nice and spacious, if you are adventurous you can also try to sleep in one cabin in the trees.
I highly recommend this site.

Big campsite. Great pool. So many Chateaus around. Really amazing. Wlan well working all over the place.

We stayed as a stopover South. We stayed directly booked into the tree house as a treat for the kids, and certainly Recconmend him one to go, although a few nights proberly is enough! (no heating, very primitive and steep stairs. ) The site was small, clean, had a good pool and Park. If the rooms seemed a little cramped to camp. The website SEMED very British and Dutch (all large camping distributed name) personally we tend to, private pages to a more cheeky feel to prefer. This part of the Loire are a bit boring, but that's personal. The site would again as desired use, and who would have a beautiful holiday with small children.

Valid but very expensive compared to the average standard that is in France. But there's everything: from the big playground to the heated pools with slides. Free Wi-Fi and an indoor breakfast with tableware available. You will find only English and some Dutch. Excellent starting point for a visit to the castle of Chambord.

Without accounting for 49 euros in the crowded square on the volleyball court was shortly thereafter by guests was played and our awning has been damaged almost turned off. At the reception complete ignorance — if it don't fit me, I could disappear. My written complaint to the management was fully searched ingoriert, no conversation. Overall: As tax fraud and shameless behavior zero points for all the individual criteria. Sorry, it doesn't work! Greetings Dr. Sven Richter.

El campín is ideal for children, sufficiently large (without exaggeration), and plots located in a fantastic area, near the most beautiful Chateaux of the Loire. In addition, ideal to go with the n´nos bike, since there are kilometres of signposted and single lane only for cyclists and pedestrians. That's great.
