➜ Horrible, room full of cobwebs, dirty and chopped carpet, dirty, impossible to sleep, no air conditioning, full of bugs in the room throughout the night. No one at reception all night to help you.

We really enjoyed our stay. On the way down to Arcachon we stayed in a basic hotel in Orleans. It was a grim experience. The Golf Hotel was relaxing and an enjoyable part of the holiday and only £12 more expensive than the Orleans hotel. The kids loved the pool. The duplex we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. All of the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. We will stay for 2 nights next year to enable us to visit the nearby chateau. They were also very dog friendly. A lovely little hotel!

Good welcome, very beautiful exterior for golf lovers. Rustic room, a little dated. Not super well insulated and no air conditioning. We had a good night anyway.
