Very good welcome, nice room, charming, considerate and efficient staff, very good food, refined and a range of flavors, fragrances, textures and colors. The fricassée of sweetbreads and veal kidneys is just delicious.
Congratulations to the chef and his team.

A lunch today at the Moulin Fleuri was a first for us.
A nice discovery: good food, vegetable lovers we enjoyed the accompaniments of our fish (no eternal rice but cromesquis of potatoes, peas, asparagus).
Delicious 😋😋 whiskey soufflé.
The weather being capricious we unfortunately could not enjoy the terrace at the edge of the water: bucolic scenery at will, green setting, old stones, flowers …
Well, this will be an opportunity for us to come back 😉.

In these difficult times, we celebrated our anniversary of meeting my dear and tender with the takeaway card.
It was not good, but a real treat!

A tasty and perfectly cooked foie gras, the terrine of Pink King is to die for accompanied by its compote of prunes, the seasoning of the salads is just and subtle, the sander excellent as well as its accompaniment my son greatly appreciated the potato cromesquis saying it was too good, the cockle was perfectly cooked with its cooking juice as it should be a treat!
The desserts were very good! The old vine saumur was excellent! Nothing to say! Despite the health situation we had a very nice birthday! A big thank you we will come back with pleasure!
If you haven't tried this takeaway card then go for it!

We love this restaurant. We always chose a day when we can enjoy the terrace. The food is excellent and extensive wine choice. The service is always good, but our waiter from Laos was perfect this time, very attentive without being intrusive. It is quite expensive, so more for a special occasion.

Beautiful little gem ~ exquisite kitchen. Lovely flowers and simple but excellent rooms.

Pleasant outdoor setting. The service is perfect and the servers non-invasive. The dishes are excellent. A wide selection of wines.

Food was phenomenally good. Beds can only be tolerated if you are drunk. The house and the surrounding area have charm. The proximity of the TGV is stupid.

The bucolic setting invites you to land and enjoy.
Disappointment when you arrive in the room that has remained frozen in time. Clean but all old — The room does not invite you to rest.
And pleasant surprise at breakfast. Good copious, local produce. Nice moment.
Without having tested the restaurant, the culinary service seems better than the hotel service.

I can't quite believe these other reviews that make this place out to be so wonderful! It was adequate — any port in a storm! The room — on the second floor with NO lift (and you have to carry up your own cases), was passable, the bed itself was very comfortable. Dead flies in the shower, but the shower itself was ok. My real complaint is with the food. It is so typical of the French, they are so much up their own arses about it, that they have to mess about with what started out as normal ingredients. I ordered guinea fowl, (posh chicken) it arrived as 3 little cylinders of meat, on a plate swimming in some sort of purple mushy stuf, that could have started out as potatoes — I really couldn't tell! Sticking up out of this mush were 3 crispy pieces of that paper thin Spanish ham, and garnished with something green which I couldn't identify. The real rip off however was with the wine. There were only 3 choices of red wine by the glass on the wine list, I thought I'd push the boat out, and choose a 2001 Bordeaux at over 9€ a glass. The waitress poured out about a third of a glass of the size that Wetherspoons call large, we drunk this expecting it to be topped up, but not so, that was our 9€ worth! The total bill for a room and evening mush was over 170€! What a rip off! No wonder McDonald's and pizzas have become so popular over here! Needless to say we won't be staying there again, it'll be Campanile next time.

Excellent welcome meal perfect. We made our wedding in a suitable room, all the diners fell under the charm of the places. I highly recommend this place.

A beautiful place at the edge of a river with a nice terrace. Nice rooms but a little desuettes we didn't mind. Exceptional hospitality and outstanding gastronomy: a creative and delicious table. The promotion of local products… in short one. Beautiful Place.

We stayed here for one night, it was a last minute booking. The building on the outside is sooo pretty. The hotel it's self is quirky! We love these kind of places. It's not yo everyone's taste. The food was lovely. The beers were Great. The staff were lovely and friendly. Our room looked over the water. Our room was nice and clean, the beds were really comfortable. It's a nice hotel for what you pay.

Reservation accepted while they are in annual closing… fortunately I tried to call to check the same morning, otherwise I would have found myself in front of a closed door.

We loved the welcome and the meal of very high quality and inventiveness. Bravo to the chef and his team for the excellence of his services and his availability while humility. Very nice wine list. Very nice place… maybe a little more modern for the rooms? A project maybe coming? We highly recommend!

Small area of paradise with a very welcoming staff, comfortable rooms but above all a fine cuisine.

At our arrival a warm welcome. Followed by a dinner where each dish was excellent. The service is very nice. Thanks to this friendly team, beautiful and happy year 2018 at the Moulin Fleuri. Manuel and Nathalie.

Very good welcome waitress and server very nice service excellent quality meal, adviser.

Very dirty room no hot water at 7pm so not possible to take his shower and from 6am in the morning noises in the hallways not at all satisfied.

Very good restaurant located in a beautiful setting in the valley of the Indre Le Vieux Moulin has some comfortable rooms very nice place to rest.

But… very very dilapidated rooms, bathroom idem and cleanliness very limited. Too bad we will not go back.

I thought I had to do at a grand standing establishment but even though the food is good the service is bcp too long.

The service is just average and understaffed … this may explain this!
The wait time is really too long. The setting is bucolic, the sound of the water, the ash trees on the Indre. A small bridge, a nice building in a neat property, … all this did not make it possible to forget the time between the dishes.

The Paradise corner of the world. The rooms are not big but clean and quiet. The breakfast is so decent, tasty and a lot!

We made lunch for our daughter's wedding. We had a room for us. Wine of honor and coffee on the terrace on the edge of the Indre. Very nice and nice setting. High quality meals. Very good advice to match the wines with the different dishes. Warm but discreet, staff present and competent.

Very tasty and refined French cuisine. Good service. Suitable for a romantic dinner. There is a separate hall for holding collective dinners and events. In the warmer season there is an outdoor terrace overlooking the river.

Is more like a House of rural tourism, hotel needs urgent reform, the day that I Wi-Fi was not working, that Yes if you like being on the field and all this section is your site.

A restaurant that I Council strongly, a spotless home, the menus at the top, a very good value for money, we are accustomed to a good restaurant and this one is really impeccable in every respect! Being formerly the food I can say that the room and the kitchen brigade team are great!

Without seeking one or more stars, Le Moulin Fleuri of Michael Chaplin is, in my opinion, the best gastronomic stage of the region.

Room was a bit dated but for a price so interesting RAS. The bathrooms need a little refreshment and we could avoid the macerator because it makes a lot of noise but I advise qd this hotel very well located.
The restaurant is the best. Chief deserves a little star because the food is delicious and its gastronomic restaurant deserves to be known :) personally highly recommend to test.

Go night stage, and eat the 'remains' of new year's Eve: excellent.
