The rooms were too much hotter. We arrived and our room wasnt clean. At the end they offered us the breakfast for the inconvinience.

Cheap and clean. Be aware there is no air-conditioning and it was very hot when we were there. Unable to sleep despite balancing the (supplied) fan in front of the open window all night. Parking available out front on the road and at the rear of the hotel. Decent breakfast and fairly well located for the old town (20 mins walk).

Cheap with good bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi and parking.

Everything was great, including the staff who welcomed us with a smile even at the last minute from check-in.

Suffisant pour passer une nuit courte. L'hôtel a été "renové" à bas coûts et cela se voit. Odeur de cigarette cacher par des produits ménagers, plinthes cassées et mal repeintes, peintures qui ne cachent pas l'ancien bleu… mais on en a pour son argent.

Great hotel for your money. There is free parking in the backyard. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good. In the room: there is a heater (if cold), a fan (if hot), kettle, tea, coffee, hair dryer, in the bathroom all clean, taps Grohe, nothing flows. In the lobby there is a coffee bar where you can have a drink and a snack for 8.5 euro will be tomorrow with a buffet (not rich, but enough is not particularly demanding: coffee, tea, yogurts, toast, cheese, coffee, buns, croissant, some pastries, fruit). The only minus is poorly made Windows-hear the cars drive as if the window is open and quite a bit of blowing, but maybe it was only in our room. Nearby there is Auchan, a couple of supermarkets, if you need something to buy, a couple of restaurants, if you want to eat and just walk through the quiet streets and walk to the center of mines in 40.

Correct. The room was very good. Breakfast.

The place is poorly landscaped. The light buttons are located in far too hidden places. The flush does not work and the small beds are very hard. Lack of catches in the room otherwise.

Quiet and relaxing hotel. Well I will go back.

Low-range hotel with dubious comfort and more than average cuisine. The palm for the cleanliness of the carpet of the restaurant room… A catastrophe… Apart from the price, there is nothing to save.

Very nice with a smile! The room its cocooning and the top one bainoir I recomende! It is missing a can of Earth plug to load several electronic devices.

It is a very comfortable place, and they are side 24 hours attentive to your arrival. It is quiet and you can breathe fresh air and spend a wonderful night.

Beds are really comfy and the rooms are big.

We chose this hotel as a mid way point from calais to Biscarrosse, what a great find it was! The staff were very helpful and the rooms were fabulous for the 4 of us. Tours itself was a lovely place. We returned on our way home from Biscarrosse too and would definitely use them again.

Access to the hotel parking in the back which forces us to go around. Welcome home. Room of another era, carpet and complaints moquetées, bathroom and tapestry/deco to review just like the condition of the material (battery cover disappeared, beignoire with lots of traces of wear, toilet door HS, sink faucet that must be opened strong to do Not pour over the furniture).

Too noisy, rubbish nights sleep due to late arriving guests who constantly run up and down the corridor. Then proceeded to keep slamming doors!
Hotel needs to address this maybe by putting up signs to remind guests that other guests are sleeping!

The constantly lit bright light just outside room 110 made it impossible to fall asleep. That's one of the reasons will cut our stay short.

Uncomfortable location to turn the city about 1, 5km from the old town; Room clean but no air conditioning and window impossible to open if not a crack. Street parking, from 22:00 reception closed and entrance to the hotel from the back, too bad there were parked 3 bikes inside reducing to a narrow passage the path to do.

Great rooms, no bidet, excellent service, few electrical outlets is in the French Loire.

Excellent, a very good Manager, a staff at the height, perfect bedding (me who suffers from the back). Total satisfaction.

Apart from the taps installed despite the common sense in the bathrooms (probably by someone who has no logic, which does not wash, or who never cleans health…), everything is nice: the shower, breakfast (especially cereals bread), the beds. And above all, I appreciate every time the friendliness of the staff, the handshake and the smile of the receptionist, their availability. I'll be back for that… by for faucets that annoy me.

EXCELLENT value for money. That is to say very good rates, but the room we had was really good, nothing of cheap inside (good mattresses etc. ). Friendly staff! I will return.

Dirty the image of the hotel staff.
The cleaning lady leaves your room open all day with your business inside, great!
For breakfast so he can't get too hungry.

In the end these people are not pros but just there to cash.

Poor reception. I booked a room with twin beds we slept in a bed of 140, we asked to change room we give a room with three beds, we return to the Welcome to claim, and thanks to a very nice maid we finally got a room with twin beds. Breakfast forget after a passage of Japanese or Chinese there is more nothing to eat the waitress it did like her to have to bake a baguette and a few rolls. We don't again in this hotel and I would recommend to my friends and others do not really go disappointed.

Thief and liar. Avoid like the plague this hotel, at the time of settling the Director, we had never seen, to out a paper or was crossed out the number of night (1) and replace by a 2, claiming he was a ask direct we had made him, and we were told that whatever happens we will pay before telling us to leave the facility. Away from the tram and the bus station. Applications are not taken into account, I would have preferred to sleep on a bench.

Very nice hotel the value (€47 for one night) is to go, I could not take part in the breakfast. Otherwise silent night noise (with good sound insulation window) Although at the edge of a street crowded in the day. I liked nothing to say. Small flat to 25 minute walk from the train station.
