A beautiful place and a very warm welcome by the owner.

Es una buena opción si quieres dormir en un edificio histórico del Loira y encuentras una oferta. En contra: se encuentra lejos de un núcleo urbano (lo que limita las opciones para comifas), las habitaciones aunque son amplias ya requieren actualización (pocos enchufes para la carga de teléfonos, televisión de tamaño reducido y mal colocada, cuartos de baño necesitan una puesta a punto, desde al parking hasta el hotel no existe iluminación nocturna, no hay ascensor para subir a las habitaciones…)

My husband is disabled. We explained this to the hotel prior to booking and were told that no disabled rooms were available and that he would have to use stairs. Which we accepted. However to put us in a room furthest away from the stairs was unacceptable. The bedroom was was of poor quality. The toilet was near the door up four steps and along a corridor within the room. The shower room very small Housekeeping poor. Towels small and worn Just felt worst room in chateaux had been reserved for Booking. Com Chateaux grounds were lovely though.

4 stars because the outside is particularly well maintained. Too bad we don't know more about the history of the place.
The interior less top for my taste, sketch yen and room would deserve a rag for cobwebs. But beyond that, decent breakfast. It's quiet little or no noise, the staff — the owners are very discreet.

Very nice frame. Very nice castle. Friendly and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Watch out for the bedding. I had a bad night because of my pillow that looked like a pancake. It's a shame.

Place with a lot of charm, and very peaceful. Beautiful rooms, with castle names. Several lounges to relax. Outside with a huge plot of land, there is also a corner with rooms in the trees, there is a small farm with llamas, goats, geese, donkey, a pig in freedom. A swimming pool.
The staff welcoming and discreet.
In short, a perfect place for a romantic moment or to relax.

1 star for the site and the environment represented by Razay Castle. "The hotel" doesn't deserve any!

Personal: nice but on arrival, more pressed by the fact that we pay than anything else and when we leave, does not even ask if everything went well.
Room: comfortable but very small, a few cobwebs, poorly washed bathroom and no bath towel or toilet paper, small TV and no Wi-Fi, only 2 electrical sockets in the room (already occupied by the 2 bedside lamps) and pillows almost non-existent.
Breakfast: good quality but very little quantity.

In summary: the site is ideal for a rest time but not in this "hotel" — very negative value for the customer.

The place has beautiful surrounding grounds and buildings. Not far from the villages around it.

Place in accordance with the photographs that kept all its period charm. Possibility to sleep in accommodation type Chalet or hut in the trees. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was very small and the breakfast was not very nice.

The room, the wardrobe, the corrifors, stairs are smelling moisture, badly. The bed thanks god not. The breakfast is very poor. But the garden and environment is beautiful.

Great home. 3days very nice and restful. The room is very nice. The castle is very beautiful. The garden is very well maintained, the animals look happy. The presence of the Vietnamese pig in the course every morning is super friendly. I recommend for a moment of relaxation and especially after days at the zoo of Beauval with the crowds.
Small tip: Improve the development of the animal park.

The residence is in a green and neat park, in absolute calm. Great breakfast in a nice setting. Friendly staff and pets.

Beautiful place on the outside but that would need a room-side refresh despite the cleanliness. The décor is dated but after it is a matter of personal tastes and some consider it as the charm of the old. The owner is very nice on the other hand, but do not follow her advice to go eat at her friend's Inn a little farther it was not good!

Very nice establishment, in an old setting… for those who like… Breakfast. Free for rooms and paid for cabins and chalets. No fridge in the rooms or Wi-Fi, as in the public areas. Nice pool.

Fantastic, friendly place for families or couples. Receptionist really helpful, she has 10/10.

Night in a nice hut to try for the experience but not for an extended stay. Comfort of course spartan, nice setting and breakfast OK.

Bucolic calm and restful. The site is beautiful.
On the other hand attention to the addict of the laptop and the Internet it is very difficult to pick up on the spot.

Idyllic 15th century castle, impeccable.

It's a lovely chateau located in the Loire valley.

Quiet, calm and romantic no meals but I recommend the hotel restaurant Bellevue in MontRichard.

Pros: Delightful place designed for rest and relaxation with family or partner, idyllic place and very nice mansion, have a lot of animals deer, alpacas, ducks, geese, a whole zoo. Normal breakfast.
Cons: Crappy and ugly bathrooms, for not having no curtains for the shower (you have to shower sitting), the cistern had life of its own, the floor is plastic, the Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms, the pool with the dirty water, and the canopy beds are full of dust (with little agitation you will look like a polvorón), they have no mosquito nets or shutters.

Fantastic location Château set in lovely grounds.

It wasn't located too far off from the beaten path. It was spectacular staying there. The rooms were nice and I had an excellent view of the field out back.

Really exceptional and romantic place with a nice space. The staff available. What happiness.
