It is a complex of small apartments. It's clean and the position is very convenient to reach the main castles. The pool is clean but very small (my kids enjoyed it very much). The staff is kind and available to help. The only negative point is that you cannot define it a charming place. The apartments look like buildings in a suburban area, the common areas like the gardens are a bit wild. A little bit of effort would make a big improvement in the overall look of the structure. Also there is no air conditioning in the flats. We were lucky as the nights were mild and opening the windows was enough, however in very hot days I think the heat inside might be unbearable.

It looks like a high-stakes hotel but then I fall on the various cottages that are surrounded by uncut grass. The pool is small and overcrowded but the top we reached for breakfast finding a bevy of ants on both the drinks table and the bread table. Every now and then the head of the room would pass with a brick to move them but they came back immediately and the staff did not break down. I mean, I wouldn't recommend it.

A nice smell of musty and damp on arrival. Mold in the corners, a fridge with questionable cleanliness, a bedside lamp that does not work, as well as another bathroom lighting (in front of the mirror). The bathtub joints are in a deplorable state. In the bed cover a rubber band passed through two holes in the middle. The places are totally lacking in maintenance, the preparation of seriousness. To top it all off the parking spaces are largely inadequate, people are forced to park in the ditches. If necessary, the passage of emergency vehicles would be impossible.

To find the positive, it is necessary to emphasize a pleasant reception and correct volumes.

We will not come back and strongly advise against it.

It is peaceful. But sometimes felt too much empty and alone being here. Rooms are very nice and clean.

Exceptionally priced hotel for the area. It slept a family of 4 with two adult children perfectly. 10 minutes from downtown Amboise and 10 minutes from Chennonceau. No air conditioning and the rooms can be stuffy. We had a two bedroom, 2 floor apartment and the bedrooms both opened to a balcony that was connected to the one in the adjoining apartment. Because of this, we did not feel safe sleeping with the windows open, however we changed our minds halfway through the night because it was so stuffy.

Beautiful potential and very interesting concept: studio with the comfort of the hotel, equipped kitchen, sofa, TV, bathroom. All this with a very large enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Staff at the friendly reception.
On the other hand many negative points: — Bumpy road to the studio — green spaces not maintained… — buildings seem to be abandoned! (Weeds, paints and undecrepited coating) — Non-nickel room (for a 3 * is more than limited) : Cobwebs on the ceiling, dust in the corners, hood of the greasy kitchen, coffeemaker Also, dirty stove, lack of cutlery…
— I even doubt if our sheets were clean saw the unpleasant smell on the pillows and stains on the duvet!
— Very dirty windows doors and no landscaping of a piece of terrace (a table and 4 chairs… — Local not assigned to the Trash can where, however, piled the rubbish not emptied short, a lack of maintenance for a site that could prove to be most enjoyable. Damage!

Hello, I stay one night in April with 4 teens damage because + the accommodation is functional for 5 people + part night clean part days dirty, cobwebs, coffee maker and fridge very dirty _ no indication on the place where is areiller and sheet 5th bed _ personal not pleasant following my remarks, not answer from the customer service.

Decent accommodation. However the general framework lacks charm: houses placed in the middle of nowhere, without the development of the surrounding space, yet immense.
The equipment of the places equipped with a kitchenette is suitable (microwave, hotplates, hood). However, the dishes are strictly limited to the maximum number of eligible diners.

Spacious and clean cottages. Nevertheless there is a huge lack of parking spaces.
Cold reception.
The staff is absolutely unprofessional whether at the bar or at the restaurant. It will take your ill patience, the service is very long… Lack of professionalism and experience.
Breakfast is fine if you have lunch before 8:30, then you will have no choice. No supplies.
The pool is very pleasant but there is not enough Transat.
Very well located a few minutes from the city center.

Stay of two nights in full period of holidays in two double studios (4 bedding each). Located close to the tours of the castles of the Loire by bicycle. No problem to book by phone and very warm welcome. The stay includes one night, one dinner and one breakfast for about 40 €/day/person. Pool, ping pong table, billiards, etc. In short the necessary to enjoy a few days of respite. I recommend.

After all the negative reviews read I was a little scared but frankly niquel!
This famous roads full of potholes I was waiting for craters but the same we are on holiday we drive slowly c is all! The parking lots… well you can park in front of your lodging to unload and after there are parking and we go back walking but it's top too!

I recommend we rented a apartment 5/6 people very spacious, 2 WC with 2 TV, the accommodation is clean, comfortable bedding;p ar against the electric plate is another time and there is no garden furniture or terrace, damage.

Breakfast at the top. Huge lack of hygiene, moldy in the bathroom, spider web a little everywhere, soil dirty, glass not cleaned and a smell of humidity very disappointed. Turf not mowed and no being said terrace.

Well maintained apartments, the breakfast also nice with a fairly important choice. Too bad the path to the apartment is not in very good condition…

We had a nice evening, very nice apartment, personal at the top. The only downside is the access to the apartments, unserviced access path and thus a lot of holes. Apart from this, I can only advise this place.

Big living room. Two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom, and a toilet on the floor very important. And good breakfast. There's a choice. There's a lot of holes in the car park. The staff is very nice.

Very convenient aparthotel near Amboise. The staff are friendly and the accommodations clean and recent. Nice breakfast with a lot of choice in salty sweet.

An average set that undergoes the consequences of a lack of maintenance.
As well for the outdoor environment with mainly aisles with huge holes making the car passes very complicated.
Lack of lighting in the residence, Unfurnished Parking area.
Inside I took some pictures to show the small degradation.

Short set average but enough to spend a few nights.

Very nice escape holiday spot. Calm, quite and home like facilities. Many château to visit and explore near by.

It was clean and tidy, but hot water did not work in my apartment, they tried to fix.

Nice modern place but could just do with a bit more tidy grounds and more to do. Close to the Loire chateaux though.

Gorgeous but cleaning is to review… Otherwise the pictures are true, luxury space, independence, clarity, tranquility. But the neighbors household and kitchen (pot dishes corners of parts) to improve substantially.

Mixed review. Spacious rooms if one is family, but too much useless if you don't plan to cook in the duplex. No complaints about cleanliness, housekeeping and beds made every day. Dishes on the spot.
Parks and squares are insufficient number, with too many potholes…

Spacious housing, even for 6 people, you can always find a fault, but quality price, it was very correct, thanks to the entire team for their good mood.

Good choice if you travel by car.

Great home even later at the bar and restaurant — very quiet — and functional — apartment very convenient with children — close to all children and adults activity. Pro staff.

C'est terrible! Terrible place. First room they gave us (which was a few minutes walk outside from reception) smelled of garbage and had ants crawling all over the kitchen counters. They gave a second room (which was a 5 minute walk outside away from the reception area) and although there were no ants inside the second room, there was a smell in the second room as well (more like a dead rodent smell…). The distance from the parking lot to reception, then to your room is a very long walk. They do allow you to drive your luggage to your room, but don't want you to park there (many do anyway because it seems ridiculous not too…). Wi-Fi worked in the first room, but not at all in out replacement room. We had to walk near the reception area (outside) to use Wi-Fi. A little bit misleading since their website says free Wi-Fi in the rooms. But clearly it only works in some of the rooms. The lights in the entire downstairs area of the room had no covers, so you are staring at exposed light bulbs. Pretty low quality look to the rooms, and both smelled. The rooms were also very hot due to none of them having air conditioning. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but could only handle one, then we switched to another hotel. When we checked out with our complaints, they really didn't seem to care at all… I read another review who mentioned too many ants, and they are right!

Clean, spacious, relatively quiet, but no assistance when electricity goes down, bad appropriate decoration l ' inside of housing too much carpet and tables a impressive face to the children.
The dining table is covered with a glass plate: dangerous for children. The cutlery are insufficient, and the bedding is changed.
The surroundings are made for a 4 x 4 with the number of holes.
Wi — Fi worked properly during our stay, the pool was closed and the restoration was a poorly adapted service.

Bedbugs and spiders in the rooms, no light for outside the apartment (to be reduced to open the door with the light of mobile phone! ), industrial food of poor quality. Avoid.

Establishment making more fire than hotel.
Refrigerator not connected to our arrival, clean, bath rather than shower, unfinished exterior, lobby very cold, unfriendly staff, no restoration on the evening of the 11/09/14, breakfast fro. DISAPPOINTED
For the price I try pretty guest rooms, many in this region, more pleasant and welcoming and more contact with other people.

Very large Apara shower spacious pool the downside no internet connection in the room.

Rather, the apartment was well appointed. Fairly well decorated and quite spacious. The breakfast is very nice!

The aisles to concreting and enlighten (hard to go at night on foot in the dark when the apartment on the other side of the hotel).

Site with a good quality/price ratio. Certainly better than a hotel if you want to take advantage of quiet, free air and an apartment.
A pity that more have not exploited it as the site seems a little soulless, and has many possibilities.
Yet Super with its swimming pool, location and convenience to make family life.
Without a car it doesn't, being relatively far from the town of Amboise.
Eye with the schedules of the pool, like everything in Europe (in Spain) before 10 to 19.30, although I've seen that do not close it until about the 20hh.
