Hotel very well maintained, the staff is at the small care we spent one night and it was a nice time the room very comfortable quiet and relaxing. An excellent experience in a beautiful city.
The varied and well-stocked breakfast buffet in both pastries and cold cuts egg cheese bread.
We will definitely be back.

Hotel very well located but there is no parking or valet service. The rooms are rather large but the shower was not well cleaned and the TV was not working. Breakfast is ok but not exceptional compared to other Mercury (no fresh orange juice for example).

Very nice stay in this hotel of high standard. The staff is attentive to the customer. The breakfast was very good. The room is spacious and has all the comforts you wanted. The TV has all the channels available in France even the bouquets pay. Free Wi-Fi is a plus. The hotel is well located but does not have parking. The lack of restoration is a minus because it requires to look for one in the evening.

Excellent customer reception, advice and knowledge of the city of Chartres, good quality room, but a poorly checked breakfast, at 8:30 am more cold milk more scrambled eggs, tables not cleared, damage.

The rooms are large and rather nice. The staff is discreet. Parking is a public parking nearby.

Comfortable place and modern beautiful façade. These are all pluses. The room (233) lacks general illumination (the table is not illuminated at all). Bathroom updated. The location is very close to the Metro. Uncomfortable area of the minute parking. Breakfast selection is below the Mercure standard. TV channels in HD quality, but no channels in English.

The rooms are OK without anything more than extraordinary, breakfast at an insufficient level the staff is charming hotel in the city center too bad that there is no parking.

The hotel was very nice. The reception was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The two rooms we rented had a couch that turned into a bed for child to sleep comfortably on. Overall, excellent hotel for the price.
