Very friendly welcome from the staff frankly nice even when you consume a simple bottle of sparkling water while recharging the Telsa, and pleasant calm and spacious setting.

Great hotel friendly and warm hostess and charming restaurant hearty meal and hearty breakfast and spacious room I love well secure parking location well located.

Very nice person a load break not seen time passes.

A big thank you to a super team that has been able to make our wedding perfect from beginning to end, which took place on the 17/08/2019! A very professional team and nice, which has managed to adapt to the schedules a little offset and to the situations, which has provided a perfect service. A commercial director at the top, available, ultra nice, and he responded to all our requests. We had the right room, super well decorated, in connection with our theme, and our colours, it was adorable! The wine reception and the meal were very successful, bravo to the chef! A very pleasant (despite the weather) and very convenient! I recommend more than anything this place for a future wedding or other, we were received like kings! Thank you again for everything! Plenty of space for a family of 4, conveniently placed, just outside the highway. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Update, staff don't seem to know how to use the membership app, which is too bad considering that I was staying there in order to get points.

Hotel is situated in a quiet and large piece of land. The dining room and terrace are absolutely stunning. Breakfast has a great selection and great croissants. However, the rooms aren't on the level of the rest.

Negative experience. Rooms with a faulty conditioned area, smells of mold in the room, rough cleaning and poor and low quality breakfast. They don't serve espresso, at least because you're not the guide.
I'm like a 4-star.

The people working there are very nice but they have no clue regarding running a hotel. Breakfast was good night was very noisy, our room was not ready when we arrived at 12.30 the staff spent the whole afternoon cleaning rooms and the hallway. We had to look for towels which were hidden in a bag on a shelf. Internet/Wi-Fi was not free. Out room was on the first floor with no elevator. This hotel will never see me again. The check in was poor the check out was even worse. While breakfast there was a cleaning lady already doing her cleaning rounds and cleaning the floor not very nicely organised.

Very welcome, very nice and clean room, presence of a well maintained pool. In addition the dining room is very pretty with a large outdoor terrace! Breakfast offers a wide range of foods! There's something for everyone. To conclude I think this hotel is fine!

One of the lousiest hotel I have experienced from my half a month travel in France & Switzerland. There seems to be no SOP, equipment was OK, staff service attitude was poor. It eventually pulls down our overall impression of this beautiful country!

Quality services at the restaurant and breakfast level. Friendly and attentive team. Rooms that deserve a bathroom upgrade. High-quality bedding. I recommend this hotel which has the right balance between price and services.

Air conditioned not really working. Everything in the room was outdated except the tv. Lovely front desk staff.

The rooms are on the ground floor in buildings surrounding the pool garden.

Always very well received when you just come to have a coffee or an infusion during the recharge of the car. Friendly staff. Green areas around very nice.

Room under the roofs deplorable quality of the mattress antiqued and deformed. Terrible accommodation for this type of hotel and no reaction from the reception staff. Complete disappointment for a Mercure Hotel and this is the first time we are also disappointed.

Restaurant always as perfect on the reception, the service, the setting, the choice of menus as well as their qualities and to finish the value for money. Never disappointed.

We have made our marriage to mercury and we are very happy with it. Nice team, nice and doing everything to make everything happen at the best. Regarding the next day's meal and brunch, all the guests were satisfied. I highly recommend!

Staff are excellent and friendly. The hotel is in beautiful surroundings so good for relaxing. The room itself was very clean and superb bath towels.
However we did change room as the air con wasn’t working. It was slightly better in the 2nd room. But, the hairdryer over heated after a couple of minutes and then switched off and it was far far too hot when it came back on again.
The toilet and bathroom doors had terrible squeaks, if I had got some oil I would have oiled them.
We had 2 nights in the hotel and ate there. The Breakfasts are brilliant. The first evenings meal was excellent also. Unfortunately the second evening, my husbands steak wasn’t brill and the shortbread biscuit which came with my dessert was chewy not crunchie like it should be.
It’s very different to other Mercury hotels but just wish the group would get together and decide which toiletries they are going to stock.
Not sure whether I would stay again or not.

Nice, quiet and clean but services a bit just for a 4 star. Bathroom poorly thought for makeup (women will appreciate), outdoor access (parking) directly overlooking the beds (think of closing the curtains of the window door if you want some privacy, even during the day). Breakfast OK but no more (limited choice, strangely no small spoons, very little gluten-free) but until 11am in WE, which is nice. A more amazing: 5 Tesla superchargers on private parking…

Old hotel well localised near motorway.

Poor service. Staff were rude and breakfast was totally unacceptable. This can not be rated as a hotel. It is just a hostel with 1 or 2 staff. Horrible and unhappy experience.

Every year the Christmas dinner is held at mercury. The kitchen is always a treat. The staff is helpful, friendly and available.
