So different from inside, friendly staff modern rooms and great food.

It is a well run lovely countryside hotel. Its just off the autoroute so convenient for an overnight stop up or down the country. Food doesn't have a huge range but what is on offer is done very well. Loved it.

Friendly staff and very good restaurant.
Dirty bathroom, there was hair or dog hair (I'm not sure what it was, ) it hadn't been cleaned. This is the very nice receptionist who came to clean up at 6pm.
A commercial gesture could have been made during the invoice.

Very friendly welcome, very clean room and well equipped for an attractive price. I recommend except the rather shabby catering board eat somewhere else.

Ended up here after a brief stay at an unfortunate B+B in Avallon. This Ibis is remarkable. Typical small inexpensive rooms of course, but fantastic team of employees, awesome lady in breakfast room (and excellent breakfast), friendly Chambermaid… the whole team is welcoming and efficient. Located in quiet, rural location. We were amazed. Merci tout l'equipe!

Perfect place, quiet and close to the fast lane. Welcoming staff and delicious meals. In short, we are delighted!

Ho soggiornato una Sola Notte prima di arrivare a Parigi in auto. Erano on 21:45. Standard Camere normali Ma estremamente pulite. La Cucina per essere UN Albergo di passaggio è Stata fenomenale e pronta Al Servizio a quell'ora sfornando cena di Qualità Medio-Alta.
Colazione top con rever glass doors Che danno Sullo Splendido Giardino Verde. A piccolo Sogno per essere UN Albergo di Natura a Tappa.

I stayed only one night before arriving in Paris by car. It was 9:45. Standard rooms normal but extremely clean. The kitchen to be a passing hotel was phenomenal and ready to serve at that time for a medium quality dinner.
Breakfast with glass windows overlooking the beautiful green garden. A small dream to be a nature hotel in stages.

Comfi bed but quite small room and bathroom for just stopping over a night.

It depends what you expect! As a business hotel for representatives … Standard. Menu… Ok… Regional dishes possible. The team is very attentive and very friendly, the rooms clean, the beds very pleasant. This is where I would stay with a partner. Wr looking for super kitchen, or evening looking for adventure, needs to spend more money elsewhere.

Well only the AC didn't work, had to change rooms at 10pm.

Very quiet. Easy parking helpful staff. No kettle for room but willingly gave hot water and tea pot so we could make tea. Would go again. Might take my own kettle though!

Very well, enlarged since last year, there is even more room for lunch. The breakfast buffet is very good and up to 10 hours, 12 with less thing. Relaxation areas and clean rooms.

I recommend it missing a very quiet hotel lift with a very warm welcome table to eat with full breakfast free parking.

Very disappointed with the meal service. The portion of Chantilly is bigger than the portion of cake filling the plate dessert slices of apples and oranges The fries were forgotten in the frying.

Very friendly staff, we serviced a baby cot in the middle of the night, I recommend.

Good access from the highway, good reception. The bed linen (ibis) is always very comfortable.

I'm not sure that I should give a glowing review because if I do the Ibis at Avalon will become so popular that we won't be able to get a room. However, if you are travelling from say the Calias down the A6 on a day that we aren't, then this place is ideally placed for that halfway stop. We discovered it 25 years ago and have used it many times since. Driving along the A6 and it was pouring with rain, I couldn't drive any further. We pulled off the motorway and there it was, a haven of rest. The Ibis is simple, very clean, very friendly and the breakfast is, for us, is super. It is much more than an overnight stop, it is a very pleasant stay.

Great value for money. Rooms cared for. Good stopover option for those travelling by car to Paris. C is little/nothing nearby.

It was a good experience. Plump pillows! Plenty of room to put stuff too. Buffet breakfast good.

Set in a quiet and rural area surrounded by countryside, this made for a pleasant llace to sit outside for an evening drink. Rooms were basic but clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in and out were quick and smooth. Dinner offered a limited choice but the food was good and the price fair. The continental breakfast offered lots of choice and was very good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating with our limited French skills. Room and general facilities were clean and tidy apart from some annoying flies coming from outside at dinner time. Food was very good especially the beef and cod special. Please note that there was no air con in the rooms we stayed in. Met our expectations very well.
