Small but comfortable duplex room. On the other hand no hair dryer or kettle in the room.

-Overheated room, only the next day I knew where the heating is.
— Some hotel guests are hurting the tranquility of others by spending their time chatting outside.
— Poorly maintained room (suspicious brown stains on the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom).
— Poorly ventilated smoking room, stinking cold tobacco, burn marks on the single chair and in the sink, air-conditioned, tar-covered, never cleaned.
— no soap in the bathroom, shower palm fuillante as no connection gasket with hose, drain from broken lavatory.
— unsalted Parking Despite the presence of numerous and dangerous packed and frozen snow plates.
The only positive thing is the reception.

I am a regular from the B&B of the terrace in Saint-Etienne — very professional reception — very well-heated hotel in winter; I tested all the competing hotels and I return regularly to B&B for the best value for money offered in Saint-Etienne and because That B&B is the only channel Hotellière to offer smoking rooms!

Everything is to be revisited, watch Logis de France for the same price!
The service the comfort the parking access very reduced damaged my vehicle.

Beautiful hotel completely renovated, very good bedding, bathroom well equipped, the reception is warm and the free parking.

The heating in the room was too high and we could not adjust it in the room for two people. Perfect for the family room.

Leak at the faucet of the bathroom! And a poor guy that uses the drill and hammer at 9: 30am. I recommended this hotel if you want to rest. The hotel has no respect for its customers!

Rooms a bit small. There is No restaurant service, but everything is quite clean.

I arrived quite late DS the evening reception was closed I headed into the room and surprised there were no pillows or blankets or towels. Not wanting to create a problem to anyone I preferred to go in the morning without saying anything and again surprise on the car park the receptionist as well as a housekeeper knocks on my window and accuse me of having stolen the pillows the blanket as well as the towels … No, but we're walking on the head! They are completely insane in this establishment … I strongly advise this establishment! It is unacceptable to have such behavior with a client especially when the service rendered is also mediocre!

The hotel is ideally placed for a stage.
