Well located (large park, bike lane, swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. ) decent rooms and friendly staff all at prices defying all competition! Good value for money.

Small and old-fashioned room that deserves to be redone as well as the bathroom part. Complacent staff. Clean surroundings. For breakfast, I enjoyed the provision of a toaster and cheese (industrial) vacuum.
Note that the owner of the first class seems to be different from that of the Campanile, the restaurant Campanile receives customers of the First Class only if he has room without trying to keep it for them and too bad if he can not go to eat with 15% of r Education.

Good, the staff was not rude but you can expect it, I mean friendly staff. In short, this is not a nice hotel, dingy, around very dirty, noisy, that was just the first impression. Unfortunately, due to a health problem I had no choice on the day. The usual clientele are assembly workers with very bad behaves, shouting and loud gepoltere until midnight. The ashtray that was mounted right next to our room window invited the fine gentlemen to stay in front of my room. Complaints at the reception were pointless, they told me that the "gentlemen" after a complaint would be only 5 minutes quieter and then set off again. Well, a view, too.
