The hotel itself was clean not exactly a premium establishment but it definitely reflected that in the price. Dinner was nice and the staff were friendly.

Good welcome and convenient. The hotel has everything you need including a restaurant within it which differentiates it from others however it is a bit faded.

We were on the 2nd floor and nothing to complain about the soundproofing with the outside double window, it was very quiet. The bathroom a little more cleanliness in the shower but clean room overall. The room was well appointed enough hangers and room for the suitcase. A kettle with coffee and tea cup is appreciable in the room. The meals at the restaurant were very good and seemed to be done on site. Breakfast is a bit pricey but well provided.

Hotel Placė close to the Christmas market, do not pay attention to the outside environment, room with carpet leaving to be desired but the most important remains the warm welcome, good bedding and a superb restoration never seen in this category of Hotel! Refined and icing on the cake, a little bit by train nicknamed Lea, thank you.

Price performance Okay. Bathroom should be cleaner.

Good location Nice renovated room. Breakfast could be improved. The staff is nice.

Really avoided the rooms on the 4th floor… soundproofing with the non-existent exterior, state of the shabby room, the hotel has Canal + clear: wow. Detector in the room impossible to turn off. Otherwise good restaurant with a very professional staff. But still I advise this hotel to invest for the renovation of the rooms.

No air-conditioning, no fridge, dump smell of the towels, stains on the carpet everywhere, window like in the prison, blocked drain I the shower (but there is something good about the shower … wallpaper insead of tiles ;) Apart from above 1. Good fresh breakfest 2. Nice and helpfull english speaking staff 3. Close to down town 15min walk 4. Free parking 5. End of 80's design … if its something You are looking for.

It was clean and relatively quiet (we only heard cars in the background but not loud at all). I do miss AC in my room, but sleeping with the window open proved to be sufficient.

I am staying 2 weeks at this hotel, friendly staff and good nights past. Hearty breakfast with choice.

Very nice and well kept property. The staff was very helpful Car garage. If you pass by the area it is the best hotel available.

Nice hotel that follows Kyriad standards. Plenty of parking and only 10m on foot from the city center.

This stay was faultless. Our requests for quiet room and non-smoking (where no one had smoked) were conducted. We even had the chance to have an upgraded room. Varied, hearty breakfast with fresh produce, fresh fruit juice. And a friendly staff. Thanks to all these people.

The restaurant is to be avoided. The last time I'm eating I leave my dish. It's not them that make dining I think it's the vacuum first prize the "chicken supreme" a kind of meat that was detached from the bone with a sauce (infected). More fries was hard as well as peas, that didn't me even want to take a dessert.! and the lady who asks me what I is not like (flat in general) I have heard a lady that dinner with her husband complaining of the same dish, a coincidence.! "Thank God I wasn't there only" otherwise friendly room on this one say anything.
