Hotels in Besancon with Breakfast

Friendly staff, clean modern room, very well situated, and my room overlooked Revolution, one of the main squares in the old town. Breakfast was not exceptional, but perfectly adequate.

Our time at Hotel Vauban was fantastic. Service was prompt and more than satisfactory. We enjoyed the locked outer door for security. The rooms were well appointed with everything we needed.

Old hotel in the city center.
For my taste it was little bit dirty, I found hair everywhere…
Breakfast is not worth 11 euros.

We loved this old hotel. It’s like stepping back in history, so charming. It reminded me of movies like the Marigold hotel.

Nicely presented hotel very well located for walking around the town center.

Loved this place in the centre of Besancon. Private parking which is gated. It did cost 20 euros but were happy with that as we left our car there while we explored the town.

A short gorgeous walk to everything. French breakfast that is prompt and delicious. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was large for the area and simply appointed but cozy.

Very good experience in this hotel. Very clean, spacious room. The breakfast is complete and the staff welcoming.

Despite the hotel currently being under renovation, I had a pleasant stay at ibis Besançon. The construction work was noticeable, and the elevator was out of service during my visit.

Ibis is A. Budget brand but value for money was exceptional. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable and great location close to the centre of town.

Lovely little property in a quiet area of Besancon, about 20 min walk from the city centre.

La Villa Molina is a beautiful apartment, with its own front door, peaceful garden and lovely upstairs bedroom whose electric shutters on the windows ensure such tranquility that you may be in danger

The Le Sauvage locates at the old city of Besancon. After entering the city, just get towards the Fortress (Citadelle) and there are signs indicating the direction to Hotel.

The room is beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bedding and a great bath tub. We also enjoyed the spa. The staff were incredible kind and helpful.

If you need to be nearby the hospital, this is the place to be. No frills, easy access in and out and walking distance to the hospital. And undercover garage available at a very reasonable fee.

Very basic hotel, however super clean — perfect for overnight stay in between your travel way. Furthermore, there is a free parking next to the hotel and quite good breakfast 👍

Great hotel nice room well decorated spacious bathroom little attention I love.

Very well maintained clean Breakfast also ok I can only recommend Price ratio also fine.

A really good, way stop, hotel that we used on our way towards Switzerland. Quiet and clean with good amenities. I would recommend — and would stay again if I go that way.

Excellent hotel. Neat and tidy room. Friendly staff. Greetings to the owner of the hotel. A very smart warm woman. I wish her all the happiness and the best in life. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, spoke excellent english.
Good sized room and also very clean.

Well situated and calm place for a good sleep. Staff is very nice and competent. Rooms small due to historic building layout, but furbished with all you need. Very clean.

A building dating from the thermal baths era, close to the center and bus, tram and train transport.
The Micaud park, on the edge of the river located 100 m away.

An exceptional place, incredibly caring and human staff. Exceptional service.

I was skeptical about booking this hotel based on so many negative reviews.

This was my first stay here but won’t be my last. A lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. When I arrived the person at the reception was professional, nice and polite.

I booked the room one day in advance via Booking. Com for a price where you could expect less. So I was surprised how good the Hotel was.
The Room was super clean and exactly what I booked.

Staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Location is very good if you are transiting and need a place to stay — and they allow pets, which I needed because I am with a dog.

We stopped in b&b to cut our long ride to the south. We arrived late at night and it was very easy to get in with the online option. Our room was spacious and clean.

I understood the check in need to be done as self check in at the machine, but this was not like this, the hostess was there.

Warm welcome good food this is the first time I eat simple but very good.

For one night everything was perfect! …

Super convenient hotel, with a really friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking even for a big car. Seemed quite clean and safe. Option for a mostly sweet breakfast. Pretty good tea and coffee.
