Expensive for what it is… we had to do the bunk bed for the kids (they provided linen though) … very functional.

Wonderful accommodation, bright, spacious and peaceful. Highly recommend.

The residence is located in a pretty little village outside Beaune in Burgundy near great wine vineyards. The apartments are well equipped and large for bit families. The swimming pool is rather small and treated with too much chlorine that it hurts eyes and skin. The sauna isn't always on and when the desk is closed you can't have it turned on. It's a really nice place for a family get together but it needs more children playground.

Very nice residence, I recommend it. Quiet setting. Good restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

Very expensive compared to the benefits offered. Poorly soundproofed building, poor quality bedding, dodgy bed linen, equipment of another age (no hair dryer, toaster not supplied). In short there are much better addresses at Airbnb nearby.

Hypocritical people. Everything went well until the end when I was billed for cleaning the room on the pretext that I stretched it in a dirty condition while it asks to clean only the kitchen, what I did. All the dishes had been cleaned in the dishwasher and I had everything cleaned even a little the floor with the pick up because no vacuum cleaner available in the apartments nor broom… In short I find it very dishonest otherwise I would have put 4 * It's a pity. Moreover (knowing a lot of people) I learned that they "exploit" their maid. So that's a very negative verdict. I don't advise. You have 2 hotels right next door which are really nice and that I would advise; The Hostellerie Levernois, a 5 * which will offer you all the comfort and rest in a sumptuous and pleasant decor and for the smallest budgets there is the hotel of the park just next door, a 2 * with excellent value for money and a service of very good quality.

Good value for money. It is clean, the equipment of the apartment is sufficient (even full) for a short stay and the staff available and courteous. Frankly, the size of the rooms is appropriate for the use of a temporary foot-to-shore for tourists.
Come on, you won't be disappointed.

Smell of cold tobacco. Heating hs in the bathroom. No hot water for the shower in the morning. Housekeeping not clean. No staff to 23: 00 and not at 6: 45am. At $ 99 it is a bit expensive the price / quality ratio. The next time I take a formula 1. A pity, until now we had never encountered this kind of problem.

Good family hotel at the gates of Beaune and the Sun Highway.

The extra beds reserved had no pillows or blankets. No apologies the next morning!

Older housing like outdoor games and swimming pool. Problem to have temperate water in the bathroom. The two showers in the pool are cold and public. It would be better to have a cabin. The setting is nice and quiet.

Value for money family stopover, close to center of Beaune. Good indoor pool and sauna. Clean and tidy. Equipped for cooking in room, outdoor table and chairs. Accepts dogs. Next to golf course and driving range, and easy walk to several restaurants.

Staff lacks availability and the room was not clean. Location is very nice and the hotel provides plenty of tourist information. Room has all necessities, but the furniture is not too great. Overall a good place to stay for 1-3 nights but not more than that.

The Residence Les Allees Du Green is an ideal place to stop over on a journey south through France. Situated just five minutes from the autoroute, it also benefits from an always-friendly reception desk, tranquil location, and well-equipped rooms. It is quiet, comfortable and good value. Go once, and you will want to go back.

Large apartment but average bed and blankets it lets you think of the mites and other animals that stay in it. Small pool nice to make lengths.

Good benefits in view of the price 322 euros for one week but for the rates displayed average benefits. Concrete bedding, finishes sometimes limits and equipments made available a little limit. Nice and friendly staff.

Nice Apparthotel not far from Beaune and well connected to A6 highway (Paris-Lyon). Good value for familly stopovers.
