Very good welcome, very nice Hotel, very good restaurant, very nice setting.

Spacious room and ideal location next to the mall on foot. Details to check: bedside lamps do not hold sloping, spa without jacuzzi, sauna open but not the steam room, open gym but not the playroom to allow children to be busy and therefore parents to enjoy it.

Very nice nice quiet and well located hotel. The room is spacious clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Access to the spa and sauna included in the room price.

Very nice, beautiful room, spacious, great pool, everything you might need is next door at mall and the Tram is right there, only aten minute ride to oldtown Dijon, well worth the visit.

Dijon in France is a very nice small town — this hotel is located bit outside of town but not far away. City tram / train is just right on footstep of this hotel to the center of the town. Convenient…

Very helpful and friendly staff, professional. Room of a good standing. The bedding is very qualitative. The temperature in the room is very well set. Breakfast is great. Large variety in sweet as well as salty. In short, a very good restful stop. We will stop there if the opportunity arises.

In view of the reviews we expected a perfect hotel. Indeed, when you arrive it throws: an entrance hall and a reception worthy of a big hotel. Kind staff. The big disappointment, the family room. Old and certainly not clean. Dust in the room on the hangers. Dirty and damaged bathroom. Yellow bathtub syphon and hair. 1 stained towel. Damaged bed top. We even found a rag to make dust on the desk. For the pool which is an asset of the hotel, it looks much bigger in the photos! And besides, the secure door doesn't close and the handle patched up with scotch. Pool towels not clean either. The only positive is the breakfast which is plentiful and quality. In short, aging hotel, not clean room, expensive for the services offered.

The breakfast restaurant service attitude is very bad, also not polite, and provide the containers of orange juice has damaged, drinking glass is very dirty. Maybe is my group members have the language communicate problem with the service man, maybe they can't understand each other, but it is true that impolite, damaged and dirty tableware is the truth. Let my members have a deep sense of racial discrimination. I just wondering to let you know that we came to your city for sightseeing in a friendly way, and we didn't make any trouble. I hope you can treat us kindly instead of treating us with disrespect. I am quite disappointed with the service of your hotel，and hope that you will treat each visitor kindly in the future.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are slightly spacious and cool, beds are very comfortable. Pool was a good size and quite cool but good for hot weather. Food in the restaurant was delicious, but the wait was quite long. It took the staff a while to take our orders for drinks and food but this was apologised for and we were given a free amuse bouche to compensate for it. Breakfast was also very nice, lots of selection. I would recommend staying in this hotel, it is very comfortable and convenient and very affordable.

Rooms seems very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. The hotel itself and a very nice relaxing steam room and sauna. The pool says it is heated to was still kinda chilly for my taste. The Wi-Fi is free and paying the extra 16€ I believe for the breakfast is well worth it, lots of food to choose from and it’s was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

A pleasant hotel for a short stay, in the immediate vicinity of the shopping centre of the Golden Fleece. Access to the Dijon-Prenois circuit is also easy, in just 15-20 minutes. It has the advantage of having the tram that passes by to go directly to the city center.
Parking is usually quite empty, which is convenient.
Practical Point for late arrivals: The restaurant of the hotel serves to eat up to 22:30.

The hotel is ok. We booked a family room and it was very very small. The bed was good, but the sleeping couch was barely ok even for children. Staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Parking is free of charge. And the best thing is a train station directly in front of the hotel (trains are very quite). It takes 15 min to get to the Dijon city center by that train and costs 1.30 euro p. Person.

This hotel is a favourite of ours for weekend breaks to Dijon. It is very easy to access from the motorway and is usually reasonably priced (some dates the prices go up). We love that it has the big shopping centre next door as well as a tram that takes you into the city centre in about 20 mins. There is a small spa with a sauna, steam room and experience showers as well as treatment rooms for massages etc. Check in your room for that week's special offer; you'll save a packet. The rooms are very nice, standard IHG quality. The breakfast is very good with hot & cold buffets available from early to fairly late (I hate mornings). Would be extremely convenient if you are going to an event at the Zenith venue which is a 5 min walk down the path. The park opposite is calm and its worth a wander to go see the peacocks and other animals. All in, a great hotel.

The stag is great but when it comes to the IHG program, it is really bad. I'm not sure how it works in the US, but here in France, even in the more pricey hotels there are NO, LET ME REPEAT THAT, NO BENEFITS, NO BREAKFAST, AND NO UPGRADES. Find another program.

Good hotel, good bedding, we were upgraded due to a small plumbing problem in our original room. Very hot Spa, ideal parking and at the foot of the shopping center.

Modern and Chic Design but a night spent very unpleasant as my room was very poorly heated (17 °c) while it was late December…
I called the front desk to solve the problem: they explained to me that thermostat had turned off and they were going to reactivate it immediately! And actually a few minutes later, the heating was restored… to turn off again during the night. I woke up in a fridge!
At 100 euros at night, I feel like I was scammed!

We used it as a pit stop between Paris and Zurich highly recommend it. Very efficient helpful and friendly staff. Large shopping Centre with everything next door. Including the largest supermarket I’ve ever been in.

Very convenient first of all the situation of the hotel, although it is not located in the city center, it seems to me very appreciable.
A few steps from the Zenith, the Golden Fleece Shopping center just in side and especially a tram stop right in front of the hotel to get to 10-15 minutes to the city centre avoiding the worries of parking and traffic.
The parking of the hotel is free and we accedons there by a secure barrier.
The reception is professional and courteous.
The rooms are divided on six floors, they are putôt comfortable, have excellent bedding, kettle with herbal tea and coffee, a mini bar; A safe and a Flat-screen satellite tv.
Small downside on the side of the Slle with a little worn fittings and a capacity a little Weak.
Both distribiteurs shower gel are also a bit capricious with a lid that does not fit on either of the two at last we were perplexed before the operation of the air conditioning which had a bit of trouble heating the Room.
The breakfast is very full and plentiful. There is ENA for all Tastes.
We will choose this hotel again if we are respending by Dijon.

Unfortunately, reception side a great lack of communication between personal.
Like any booking we have communicated a bank guarantee.
Stay for one night, breakfast, is meals.
The invoice is settled the next morning, normally.
Except that three days later, I notice that a levy of 135. €0 to be done in addition to my account.
Receptionist's response: "That's how we work".
All right, but at that time I just had to pay for my meal! Logic
No, I paid the whole, I was confirmed that the cancellation of the pre-authorization was made on the very day of my departure.
Unfortunately, no return of the €135 on the account after days waiting and many phone calls directly to the front desk to explain to them that I was still waiting for the refund.
Fortunately 11 days after my departures, I came across David from the front desk, who showed up to my expectations, by sending me an email confirmation of recredit on my account with CB ticket in support of the same day (+ PJ)
That everyone is not always in focus, on tracking a file.
No apology no gesture on the part of the reception, after 5 days of seminars, I find it a bit hard for a 4 star.

We had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel. Very comfy bed. Excellent meal in the restaurant with good, friendly service both in the restaurant and at reception. Very convenient location.

A good hotel, conveniently placed in a commercial centre outside old Dijon, with a frequent tram connection to Dijon Centre just opposite. Rooms up to good Holiday Inn standard, and service efficient. Restaurant provides the quality you expect in the capital of Burgundy, matched by the price you regret but expect also. Breakfast less inspired — there's no excuse a for tinned fruit salad these days, but ok. Good value all round.

There were a few issues initially and we weren't impressed. But the staff turned it around and were very accommodating, especially Audrey. So thumbs up.

I have stayed in this hotel so many nights, so I do not count them anymore. Have tried a few other hotels in Dijon and besides Philips Le Bon, it is not comparable. Great area, shopping mall a few good restaurants just a few meters away. Tram station in front of the hotel, takes 15 min and 1, 30€ To get to city centre.

Stayed for just one night warm and friendly welcome, my room was warm and cosy bathroom immaculate and I believe only recently refitted, perfect! I telephoned reception to ask for some milk for my cup of tea to be told that I'd need to come and collect it myself tuts the only thing that got me really, at breakfast the staff were attentive and very kind at check out the staff were fabulous with info about shopping next door etc etc… xx.

I have been a fan of Holiday Inn for many a year and keep coming back to the brand for my frequent business travel. This trip at the Holiday Inn, Toison d'Or, started well but has been ruined in an instant by over zealous cleaning staff and indifferent front of house personnel.
My hobby is music, and I frequently sing in concerts so whilst on business trips I often take my sheet music with me and silently practice and review my performance notes.
For the past three nights …stay, I have left my sheet music on the desk in a neat pile (nowhere near the bin), and it has been there on my return from the office each evening until today. I double check my documentation in case the large pile of music and the newspaper it was with were placed in my bag accidentally. It is not and the unfinished crossword and £50 worth of music with my personal performance notes is nowhere to be seen. No problem I think, I'll pop down to reception and ask them to ask the cleaners if they have accidentally placed my paperwork in the garbage.
We'll check is the reply, give me your number.
I give my UK mobile number (double checking they have recorded it correctly) and return to my room.
No contact for two hours, I need dinner so attend the restaurant calling by reception on the way.
"Ah sir, we've been calling you" — I check, no missed calls and ask them to call again. "No need sir you're here now.

Hotel discovered during a business trip.
Modern and pleasant rooms. Gym but also possibility to go running in the Park next door in the opening hours. The breakfast is pretty average in the choice. The tables don't are not cleared pretty quickly. Welcoming bar, with an original decoration.

Not the best service but rooms are very well appointed and this is next to the shopping mall food court so plenty of choices for dinner.

House of very bad quality:
Shower leaking, broken wish CAP, dry hair broke, lamp does not, WI — FI too slow (unusable).
In addition, the locking system of the window broke… so security problem!

Very bad service and never seen so bad french dry pork loin.

Having booked 5 months before a superior room, I got a room classic, paid the price of the superior without compensation, inflated it!.
Worse still, they told me that I was in an Executive while even their website illustrates the difference between the rooms, all for "we are overloaded with tourists" good excuse.
Wi-Fi in the room of low quality of reception, frankly for a 3 star I was disappointed of the relationship with the hostess of the hotel taking customers for idiots.
