No Hot Water for shower No Milk Bread for Breakfast! Amazing Hotel! Best English and Most English they can say is NO FINISH.

Dirty. Dirty and again dirty.

Very good value for money. My room was in new condition. Great bedding. Room at the back can be quieter than on the avenue.

Just basics, on Paper there is a bar, but the area isn't used for it. The neighbourhood. Is very poor, lot of night Noises. A Gap between the roomdoor and the floor dusn't make it better.

The menu very well. The plates are properly filled and the dishes very good. Service very good and polite. Just one less star for the crumbs on the chairs arriving and the split glass of my table neighbor.

The hotel is very well located in the Centre of Dijon.
The tram stop is right in front, convenient.
The staff is welcoming, I did not sleep there, but during 2 days of internship, I was able to enjoy the reception and services.

Friendly staff, nice modern, clean and comfortable room. No dining but restaurants are only a very short walk (one next door) away. Breakfast is available in the hotel along with secure parking (must be present booked at 10 Euro per day). Team stop just across the road for easy and quick access to the historic centre of Dijon.

Very friendly staff quiet hotel, comfortable room. Next to the tram station and the Opera house. Breakfast a little expensive 9 euros compared to what is being proposed. There is no restaurant but you can eat dishes prepared at the bar or in our room is of excellent quality just a bit quantity for the price.

So. One night, one parking place. Should have been easy. Arrive at the hotel, they are asking me for my credit card to guaratee that I will pay the second day. They block an amount of money from my account (so money out from my side), and it in the. Morning I will only have to accept the payment. Sounds easy right? But no. In the. Morning the girl from the reception asked me for my credit card, made another transaction, another amount of money were withrowed from my account (yey), but the first transaction remained active. She should only just give me the pos to accept the original transaction. After a long fight with them (they said it was my fault, that I don t understand, on a very fighthing tone, like. They were kings in the castle and so on) they canceled the first transaction from the previous night, saying that it s not their fault, they do this all the tim e. It s the the first ibis or hotel I stayed (i have more than 100 hotel checked so far) but only in ibis I had my money withrawed twice. Oterwise. The rooms are small, but clean, the bathorooms are minuscul, but also clean. For the breakfast: I am not a big fan of the frech breakfast (croissant, pain au chocolat, milk and cereal), but seems like they have some quality. Personal experience&recomandation: only if you can t find somehting else at the same price (tip:mercur hotel is across the street) Cheers.

Good welcome, very comfortable room, very good equipment. Covered Parking in the basement. Tram right next to be 5 minutes from the city centre. Room service reactive. Restaurant and breakfast recommended. Specialties trolley of pastries, desserts and burgundy wines.

Staff very friendly and efficient, pleasant room, spotlessly clean, well located.

Friendly staff, dishes for snacks very good, but the room looks rather like an office with a bed, the toilet it looks like those of the TER, it is terribly not nice visually. Worse, in my room there was a humming noise that is continuous, probably the ventilation, so, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. Good bedding is not enough, unfortunately, not the offset.

Sever has Very BAD attitude! Very BAD hospitality. Unprofessional!

I know Mercury for its restaurant, where I went twice : this is a good place for a business lunch. The dishes are good, the service is also and the friendly atmosphere. It may be recommended.

Good hotel for business travel. Expensive, in particular the breakfast, which was also chaotic. Rooms are a good size and in good, clean and modern style. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the centre of Dijon.

Although simple similar domestic expedited, but it's clean and there's hot water pot, small fire station at the door a little noise from traffic accessible from the city centre of the Duke's Palace, what's not far.

Elevator noisy especially when we have the next room, staff welcoming and dynamic except exception. Nearby restaurant, quiet area, future tramway in front line.

Avoid at all costs! TOTAL NEGATION! We worked as tour operator with this hotel and they are uncollaborative, unfriendly, zealous and made lot of problems.
