Luxurious hotel, beautiful from the outside and its own inside. The luxury double rooms are very spacious, the bed is huge, the bathroom contains a large shower and a large bathtub. The rooms are clean and well decorated. As welcome gifts there is a bottle of Vichy and Vichy lozenges as well.
The pool at 7em is really serious with water jets and massage bubbles. The terrace is also very friendly and one has the opportunity to be in the water tower while being outside.
We didn't test the spa because we found it expensive but I think it's still to be tested.

High quality place, the only downside to the detached side of the staff, is this a form of discretion? no doubt, but we appreciate being taken care of when we arrive when we choose this type of standing. It's a matter of preference, nothing serious.

Good hotel but stupid design of room. Almost 30 square meter room with 1 squaremeter stupid toilet… spa center is nice and location is also acceptable.

Spa very friendly 40 euros half a day with free access to a whirlpool of Vichy water + sauna + Hammam I recommend for a moment of relaxation.

Institution very pleasant. Saturday night piano bar, it is very nice. In winter a fireplace that offers a side very warm. Room very well and offers great benefits.

Extremely disappointed to pay €250 at night coming from Lyon without counting the tolls and petrol to be told to discover the largest spa in Europe to finally have access to 1 single small pool of water which all the Jets were broken! Nothing special really sucks!

Public underground Parking in front of the hotel, guarded and protected at night, the 1st basement of which is reserved for hotel guests.
Pool on the top floor, very clean, towels at times.
Access to the SPA very easy, by a footbridge that crosses the street in the air, warm!
Only downside: SPA unlivable and unusable on weekends… Enjoy the week instead!

We went for a weekend getaway in love. Good reception and friendly staff.
Still ask for a renovated room as ours had a faucet that leaked a bit and the AC was down.

Very bad reception at the spa. No one was at the reception when we arrived. We waited 10 minutes while it was time for our appointment and a practitioner arrives, she takes one of us while we had an appointment for three treatments. The practitioner hardly spoke before and during the care and after the care she even offered me the products when I would have liked to buy the products of this brand. We refused to do the two other people's care when we didn't come to the hotel specifically for that. Frankly, I'm sorry.
