Great position! Good clean room. Friendly obliging staff. Reasonable prices.

2 stars for a 3 star. Room ok but not for a 3 star, household bof bof, general condition a little defraichi and bathroom in very bad condition, taking the towel dryer torn with bare wires.

Very good accommodation in the centre of the city. Pod breakfast, Caen well appointed rooms. Friendly staff.

A three star hotel with four star qualities. We requested and got one of the four triangular rooms about the main entrance. These are all over sized and give you a great opportunity to people watch the busy pedestrianised streets below. All room prices include a well provisioned continental breakfast with all the usual delights which also includes cold meats and cheeses. Good coffee and orange juice set you up for a super day exploring this interesting town and beaches. The staff are very helpful and as well as speaking English were only too happy to book restaurants and a taxi when we left to get to the ferry.

Too much too nice top there is a mixed store at the bottom (Fila Tommy Jeans…)

Breakfast Small room on the 4th but 180 bed. On the other hand, do not look too closely for dust… Well placed.

Très bien situé dans le centre animé intra muros de Saint Malo, idéal pour un petit weekend tout se fait à pied depuis l'hôtel. Chambre propre et bon accueil.

Perfectly located in the city walls! The people from the hotel are very nice and helpful for whatever you need. Rooms are fine, clean, and bathrooms have showers! We would definately stay here again.

Room not very clean no Wi-Fi network at 4th floor provide renovation of rooms otherwise welcome really well.

We spent two nights in this hotel. The reception and the discretion of the staff was perfect. Nice and clean room, good lunch with lots of choice. I think we will come back with the children. A very good weekend in a charming setting.

Just a flaw the cleanliness my room was not clean there was dust it's disgusting but otherwise ideal location right in the center.

No chance of falling on the day of the boiler failure. No hot water or heating during the month of February. Even less fortunate that the hotel is not taken into account this in a financial compensation. Rooms too small for a 3 star.

A perfect breakfast with lots of choices, and even pancakes!
Very comfortable bedding (bed of 180).
Cons small downside for cleanliness and maintenance of the premises unfortunately not to the height of a 3 stars.

Very nice location in the centre of the walled city. Friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely and spacious, though the a/c was too effective. Parking is either on street or outside if the city.

Nice little hotel located in the heart of lintra muros de Saint Malo. Very welcoming staff. And breakfast at the top and very varied. A small downside: a little noisy at the bottom of the hotel at night … But we recommend this place.

Wonderful location. Especially you can send romantic night on the beautiful beach nearby.

Can't beat the location — inside the fortress-ed old town. Bustling streets, with musicians playing just outside. Rooms are very decent.

We had a room overlooking the square at the entrance. There's always something to see and the room was large enough.
Due to the central location you could discover the city perfectly.
Unfortunately, no parking available. You must use the public. At 19:00, these are free of charge. Maximum € 40 to one can per day about 8 to.

Just returned from a weekend at Hotel Cartier on first weekend in May and can not wait to go back, What a lovely hotel, staff very pleasant, spotless rooms and a great town center location for all your needs.
