The place is extraordinary and full of history, you can only spend an unforgettable moment in such a place. Thank you to the team for the little attentions during our stay. The meal was great as usual the chef was able to surprise our taste buds and sublimate his products. The spa treatments are also great. A wedding anniversary that will not be forgotten.

Very beautiful place at the top of the promenade au Clair de lune in Dinard. Decoration very elegant, service and kitchen of great quality and the views of St Malo and the estuary of the Rance make the place exceptional. All the tables were reserved in this week from 15/08… then we discovered the place while enjoying a great breakfast!

Beautiful location, wonderful staff! Rooms were well-appointed very comfortable beds with great pillows. You will get to know the staff by name and face as it is a very small hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet with hot and cold foods complete with fresh croissants and yummy French yogurt in a jar. Nespresso coffee makers in the room with little demitasse cups. Great deck / Sun porch off our room overlooking the water. Extreme tide charts during early August beautiful to watch the comparison of low tide to high tide incredible difference daily.

Amazing hotel! My room was very spacious, with windows spanning the entire wall (6-7 windows! ). Shower was very good, also had a bathtub. The room has an amazing view over the sea! Everyday waking up to that view was surely something breathtaking. The room had a coffee machine, and Wi-Fi was decent although I think the speeds are very much to improve. Breakfast was great, dinner was great too; despite, in my opinion, the lack of choice especially if you don’t like fish. Staff was extremely nice.

I didn't sleep there, just had a tea in there sea view balcony and it was fabulous. Tea is surprisingly affordable for such a place (6€) and the staff is very nice and welcoming. The decoration is great too. Can't get a better view in Dinars!

Incredible hotel, oozing history and charm.

Stayed for 1 night, great room spotless and fabulous view. Had dinner in the Michelin star restaurant service and food was faultless, breakfast was stunning and the selection of food and service was the best we have ever had. Would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel.

What an extraordinary idea to have transformed the old aquarium into a luxury hotel.

The best part of this hotel experience was its location overlooking the harbor. Also loved the outdoor terraces for drinks and meals. Would def recommend to friends.

Beautiful place to stay, the exterior is stone and fits in perfectly with its surroundings yet the interior has been updated and is very modern. It's in the most amazing location, perched on a hillside with fantastic views of the ocean and bay, the sunrise in the morning over the bay is a must see. The staff are awesome and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in which we spent a very pleasant stay of 3 nights. The decoration everywhere is neat and really very successful. Room (standard) is comfortable and quiet, with a beautiful view of the bay. The service is impeccable. Of the attentions which are a pleasure : cocktail offered on arrival, sweets in the room, in-room dining of high quality and quickly served, for electric bicycles in free service provision, advice on places to visit… The breakfast is very good, only the coffee was not really fitting in with the rest. We have tested the bar of the hotel, the Aquarium, which offers a beautiful map of spirits and dishes to snack on. The service is perfect, the frame (inside) surprising, the shaded terrace is very pleasant. We have not been able to test the restaurant, Why not, all services were reserved. We will return with great pleasure!

Very nice hotel. Professional, friendly and very helpful personal, especially at the reception. Treatment at the SPA was also very relaxing and good. Some critics: service at the bar was very often too slow (we had each time to wait a long time to order a drink) and the invoices (at the bar only) were often wrong… We appreciate a lot the welcome drink and the invitations to 2 glasses Champagne when we arrived, as the " give away" present when we left as well.

Privatization of the featured northern gannet.

Stereotype of this kind of hotel restaurant 5 stars : very pretentious so not chic at all. Poor signage accused by a bad home when we pass the door of the bar. Looking for the restaurant we were confused, and despite a quick glance of the barman, nobody greeted us. Music worthy of a H&M. The restaurant is quiet and the view very good but the service is of a style a little too bombastic and ceremonial, one feels that the servers are not at ease. It was long, the food served is already in view and review, and not extraordinary (the yellow was too dry). Your drinks as an appetizer will arrive well after you have tasted the appetizers. When there are no longer the wine you want you will be served an alternative more expensive, but less class this is the carafe of tap water ("fresh plate on the notes") charged at€ 5. No one tells you goodbye when you leave. Obviously, only the regular customers and wealthy individuals have a right to this favour. Of 5 stars there are that the price.

How can I say that? A magical place (former Dinard aquarium) steeped in history (the visit is highly recommended) whose decoration and services are a pure marvel (art deco of great quality). Room 4 Lyona Faber has an exceptional terrace on the sea where the panorama is stunning, even from the bathtub! The table is fantastic (lobster menu mandatory! Grand breakfasts) and the team led by the discreet and efficient Sophie Bannier is just perfect. Special mention to the delicious Mira that made our stay no less delicious. Treat yourself aboard the Fou de Bassan, a mythical boat to cross the bay to the sound of champagne flutes and a foie gras and tarama Petrossian that have not left us indifferent. Congratulations to Mr Bucaille the owner of the establishment! We'll remember our 20th wedding anniversary.

The places, the view are just beautiful! The restaurant is very good: suitable portions and excellent flavors. The staff are welcoming and considerate … visit out of season and 2 days after the reopening. I highly recommend it! We did not test the room.

I may have already given an opinion, but since the restaurant has changed floor, it gives me the opportunity to give back one! … Always excellent, Julien Hennote is a young chef who delights us! And the property is so beautiful, it's also a feast for the eyes… Very pretty this new dining room that allows us to look out to sea!
And finally we must not forget those, who thanks to whom we have such a good time, it is all the staff … As soon as you pass the entrance gate, they are all to your care…

From a very discreet exterior as below the cliff overlooking the sea. The Castelbrac seems very classy to me.

Here is a place that could be nice, but unfortunately it is not at the height of the 5 stars, as well the hotel, as the restaurant and even less this bar. For the price they are 5 stars, and for the persoinnel of the director to the server, bartender. Forget. The menu of wines worthy of a medium range brewery. We thought we'd finally find a nice place in Dinard. But it is the same as the rest good continuation

Fascinating building on multiple levels overlooking the bay and across to St Malo. Room 10 is a suite suitable for a family of 4 with a sofa bed for the children but sharing the bathroom and toilet. 5 year old was fascinated by the electric toilet with seat warming and water jets. Yes, it is possible to activate them when no one's is sitting. Restaurant was haut cuisine with many local touches. Strangely though the spider crab dish was tasteless and the lamb, although very tender, was also very bland. To be honest, we've had better meals at that price. 24 euros per day for parking.
