Chic and luxurious but without a head, the staff is always very welcoming and the dishes always succulent.

This restaurant is our "must"! We come here at least once a year for our greatest pleasure. We do not look at prices because these dishes do not have sonantes and stumbling references for us. We did not put 5 stars just to draw attention to the fact that during our last passage, it seemed to us that the taste quality had a little lowered… To find out anyway.

Know how to choose a good restaurant in a statement business sometimes more geography of circulation as of the geography of taste. A Friday night in Rennes for guests coming from afar, better choose a school near a highway traffic and out of town. That's how I came to the season, at St. Gregory, North of Rennes, by the double Board smart Bison and the Michelin guide.
The season deserves because beyond a certain coldness, so much of the décor style of the staff that sometimes confuses and stiffness.
For el remains a faultless. A Whiting of line in Alliums carpaccio, wasabi, spicy mango that is a marvel, followed by a roast breton lobster, but not surcuit, along with peas.
For the fat days, a square of pig Kintoa to the Brocciu that I enquillé with a remarkable cheese platter where stood a roquefort Carles of beauty.
Complete with stalks of rhubarb gariguette strawberries.
A good note for the wine list, inventive and clever where table wines and wines from countries to think outside the too frequent without breaking.
A good home without complaint. The boss David Etcheverry is a cook who does not have a reputation for easy-going man. But the talent of a chef is not measured in terms of his empathy, but rather to the quality of his work. Here, he deserves a five out of five.

Good service. Tasting menu runs a little long but food is delicious.
