This was a nice clean and spacious hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms had 2 large beds and has security to get in. The process to check in is simple and does not take long to learn. I would recommend.

Very nice staff, very attentive and always smiling. The apartment is large we can move in relation to a single room. It lacks a little decoration white walls, it is well soundproof, just lacks a little to improve the household dust on the blind and think to defrost the fridge you can not put anything in the Frizzer. The breakfasts are very plentiful. Good experience of this type of accommodation with unbeatable prices value for money very satisfying.

It's a cheap but good way to visit Rennes! The rooms are big enough, clean and have all the necessary things. It's a 1min walk to a busstation towards the city center and a 10-15min walk to the metro. I can only recommend this place!

Cleanliness of the rooms (yet the most expensive) to review, the staff of the reception not very nice not once I was asked if I had a good stay or wished good road (4 stays of one week) forgetting by 2 times on 4 stays the pass to access the Parkin G that was booked (on Sunday evening person at the reception and therefore car parked away from the residence and therefore obliging to drag luggage), not the possibility to book the same room as the time before although the request is made several months before in addition not of explanation.

The rooms were clean a accommodating and for the price they are amazing.

We stayed in a very confortable apartment with a little kitchen. Everything was clean and orderly. There's a private parking, but you have to pay a surcharge to use it.

Although not central it is convenient to the city centre by means or taking a walk.
Very helpful and friendly staff In the lobby I would put some informative material on the city and surroundings.
Well organized apartments with well equipped kitchen, although it only has two plates and the work shelf was a little small.

When you return to rennes, you are sure to come back here, reception staff was super friendly (as in all the establishments that we have been), speak spanish, and that not… strives to understand and be understood. The apartment is luxury, it has everything, the only thing is the air conditioning, I have not, but here is this very cool in the evenings so that… nor do you really need to. There are shops very close. Also not change the towels or the bed if not more than a week stay. But what I recommend 100x100, my husband and i, we were impressed.
