Very good hotel, clean room, nice and very well soundproof. The breakfast is very good with fresh and local produce.
The whole thing is worth a very good value for money.

A classic hotel for VRP. Nothing to do with the hotel Smartbox old in C full craft area one is far from 3 stars displayed to avoid.

Perfect room and very quiet hotel. A great choice for breakfast which however a bit pricey.

No information on the opening of the gate to get out of the parking lot, which in the morning at the time of leaving me somewhat annoyed, leave the car in front of the gate, go back to the reception ask the operation, come out do the code… excellent quality of Bedding and Catering.

When to breakfast buffet at will in any artisan you sell no less than 10 euros 90. It's just hallucinating to find 1 single chocolate loaf 1 half pancake a crust of brioche… short more nothing… just ashamed to even see the theft.

Responsible unwelcoming, seems disturbed by requested services. Poor bedding with assembled beds I hate it. Short passable.

Close to the ring road and then easy access to the city centre of Rennes. Free Parking. Nice welcome. Clean room… but could be a bit wider. The same for the bathroom. Mention for the restaurant. Good and fresh. Like breakfast with a maximum of local products in short circuit.

Friendly staff. No lift in the building. Rooms and shower room exigües : you can barely turn in the shower. Good bedding. Bad soundproofing : noise from the hallway, and piping in the structure of the building. Breakfast correct for the price AND with the juice of fresh fruit.

I had the bad luck of discovering a hotel suitable for the evening stage but at the time I needed it. That is to say during the show of the breeding space. As I needed them the price of the triple rooms, it goes from €60 euros out lunch to €160. On the other hand neither the service nor the bedding or the architecture change.
At the show the chickens are shown alive, the hoteliers of Rennes (not only the Brithotel) during the SPACE take care to pluck all the pigeons passing.

Have a breakfast at 10 euros to not have bread or pastries at 8am 45 a Sunday. This is the limit of the flight…

Good dinner, friendly staff, far to small showers.

To rest without stress of parking. No frills but everything you need.

Very good hotel. Good comfort, clean, well equipped. 2 small drawbacks: curtains that do not completely obscure the day and toilets glued to the wall in the bathroom as well as a very skimpy shower. A big +: the Welcome and service that are just excellent. Madame and Monsieur are smiling, pleasant, available, accommodating, at the top!

Very friendly staff very nice and helpful very simple room with just the necessary except the shower did not hold on the hose. Breakfast very simple also and the machine to squeeze the oranges did not work too bad as we had in exchange a very bad industrial orange juice. Small terrace Very nice.

Hotel is perfectly placed as a base to see the area, but sadly the room was so hot we could not sleep. The curtain had been left open on the sunny side of the hotel and the room had heated up to a degree that made it very uncomfortable. Perhaps some thought into the comfort of those who have to sleep in such heat would make the experience bearable.

Quiet Hotel
I have stayed 8 times in this hotel since November 2016 and even constant: perfect!

1) The Carpets smell a little bad. 2) A bottle of water daily in the room for every guest of the hotel, there is a high cost and can generate greater satisfaction. 3) Tables behind a door of entry to the rooms, they generate feeling of a warehouse or deposit and not of accommodation. 4) however I would host again, for the excellent care of the staff at the reception.

The Hotel is simple but you feel like home.

An evening stage without problem, very good and rich breakfast.
Recommend.

Hotel class, with a bit of charm!
Recommend for those in a hurry even if there are hotels more interesting in the city center.
