By contacting Accor and asking why they cheat and lie to their Ibis clients, thus:
Hello, Well lies, lies, lies from Accor and Ibis group. You disgust me beyond belief, I have suffered a serious illness, you know you owe me a free night for your terrible error. You told me that you had informed that you had contacted Ibis Hotel Styles at Lorient Caudan and they say you haven't. Who is lying, Accor or Ibis styles.? This has sickened me that your after service for clients is no better than when you made the error in the first place. I want you to tell me right now, are you doing the just thing and booking me the room on Friday Sept 6th or are you going to continue lying to me? There are many hotels about there that treat their clients a lot, lot better than Ibis and Acccor. Tell me now and stop cheating me. I have no other way of letting other people know just how you have treated me. You have been sent my voucher and the letter from the Accor group and you have done nothing but lie and hide. You should be totally ashamed, you make me feel quite sick. I am trying to get over my serious health problem but you are making it ten time worse, does that make you happy, it would appear it does by the way you have been treating me!
So yes or no to my booking for the 6th September at Ibis Styles at Lorent Caudan?

Very original hotel with heated outdoor pool from March to September, large design rooms.

Comfortable room with huge bed, two beds juxtaposed, poor breakfast and little variety!
The restaurant is to be avoided at least for the elaborate dishes!
The location for the proximity of the main roads is very good.

Good breakfast options. No tea/coffee making facility in the room. Good location between Hennebont and Lorient.

Welcoming staff, smiling, available very good breakfast, nice quiet hotel, friendly shop close, clean room smiling housekeepers big favorite for the gym. I highly recommend it if you spend in the area.

Hotel very good. Good value for money. Nice room. Good bedding. Fitness room. Nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Too bad for the restaurant. I still was disappointed. When I come back, I'll eat somewhere else.

In an old Novotel, the rooms are spacious.

Good hotel, nice rooms, quite spacious, there is a lift, a pool with sunbeds on the grounds, a bar. Friendly staff, the building Ibis style new or with a fairly fresh repair. Everything was great. The only minus-if you are not on the car, then to the nearest decent supermarket on foot to go minutes 20-30, it is not very convenient. But otherwise-a great hotel.

Only snag, access to the floor only by staircase, so if like me you are accompanied by an elderly person, ask for a room in DRC when booking.
