Nice place for a relaxing time. Very friendly staff. Even at a late hour there is always someone who will welcome you and show you your room.

A breakfast with lots of choice, very consistent even if you have a big appetite. A lot of variety in the proposals.

We spent a pleasant stay in this residence, the apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable beds (pity that we had to make our beds by arrival), the correct host, it was just under the impression that the hostess takes us for children when she speaks, but she is still nice all the same ;)
We enjoyed the breakfast taken in the room (make sure to declare your room upon arriving otherwise you have a bit the feeling of pretending to be thieves on the moment ^^)
In respect of the part swimming pool/sauna, the place was clean, we had to even turn on the sauna (there is a mode of operation indicated on the front) it is good but a pity that it missed the container with the ladle to pour out the water, we had to find a system and put the water using cups… despite everything it is heating. A little mood music in the pool area/sauna would be welcome to relax to the max. In regards to the pool, for once it was not heated contrary to what is shown, what a pity… The arrivals at the weekend-in from 16h (it is late when we arrive from a distance), departures from 10am, it's still correct. I recommend this establishment. I strongly recommend the creperie situated at 100m on the right of residence in the outgoing, nice staff, we ate well!

Beautiful french countryside hotel. Very close to Mont Saint Michel, the reason we are visiting the area. Very clean, safe, and affordable. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Amenities include great Wi-Fi and free parking. The have a beautiful indoor pool which we plan to try later today. The surrounding villages offer great shopping and dining experiences. Very pleased to have found this gem. I would highly recommend this place. We hope to return when we visit again next year.

Comfortable, clean, and affordable. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The Wi-Fi is great, as is the free parking. Haven't tried the pool yet but plan to today. The surrounding villages are postcard perfect. Such a beautiful area. Mont Saint Michel is very close by (that is the reason we chose this hotel) and we plan an excursion there this morning. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Nice place! Clean and spacious room. Beautiful balcony with view on polder for certain. Good value for breakfast. Just missing a beverage/confectionery distributor.

Very nice and quiet place, clean apartments with a beautiful polder view (fields of onions and leeks). Pool Access. Offers a baker delivery in the morning.
The least: — website not updated especially in relation to the bar actually mentioned on the site but not present, the answer we were given is that the bar was present about ten years ago.
— Reduced intimacy (apartment very close to each other) — Photos of the website sublimated apart from this, this establishment remains a warm place as well as the reception with good value for money.

It's great place to take a vacation, having a pool and a sona, after spending a long day walking around it was nice to access this space. Breakfast in the morning at a value for money, which is fine, with a wide choice it will appeal to everyone! I had a good time!

Clean room. Quiet and beautiful polder side view. Nice staff Well-stocked breakfast. Not far from Mont Saint Michel. Very good restaurant in the vicinity. Swimming pool and sauna well maintained.

The staff are nice welcome very much.
But the housing is very poorly designed. Two small cupboard with 3 poor hanger without the possibility of storing our belongings. Actually there was no shelf in the cupboard and the buffet was entirely taken by the dishes. One of the cupboards had in all the business for the housekeeping and the other stuck behind a door otherwise it was not life away.
We pay far too much for animals €46 a week. It's a shame why make the animals pay? We don't pay heads for humans! We're renting a condo!
In short the accommodation remains clean in the set but not very functional.

Absolutely Horrendous! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! When I first got there I began to realize it was in the middle of nowhere. When I walked in there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive, only to learn that there was no bus, no tram, no metro, no transportation for tourists, no vending machine, no nearby restaurants, and absolutely nothing to do other than staying in the hotel. The hotel rooms were small and the beds were dirty. The bathroom had no shelves so there was nowhere to put anything. When I asked the lady at the front desk where I could do my laundry she said there was no laundry machine and recommended that I go to the local supermarket that was 10 kilometers away from the hotel. The breakfast was horrible with only a small box of cheap crappy cereal and a piece of bread. The Wi-Fi was horrible and almost never worked and there was no service which makes it impossible to text or use your phone. The staff is not helpful and does not offer solutions other than paying 50 euros for a taxi to go to the Mont Saint Michel, and looking DUMBFOUNDED by taking 10 minutes to answer a question. The reception desk immediately charged us town tax for 3 nights, all other hotels in France charge at departure, and this was the only hotel in France which made you vacate your room by 10am.

The rooms look extremely poorly designed, in the room itself little space, but a huge toilet and a very large bathroom. Also, no Wi-Fi in the room, although it was touted in the catalogue. Also, we didn't get the reserved rooms with separate beds. Unfortunately not satisfactory accommodation, also because of the expressway directly at the hotel. The pool times are only from 10 00 to 19 00.

A very good situation to make many visits! It is located on mi road to Mont Saint Michel d one side and l other side of St. Malo and Cancale.

Quiet nice residence if located side polders as is our case, very nice and attentive. Pool, sauna, fitness room in shape. Very well laid out and equipped apartment. Balcony on the polders with large bay window. We came between 21.09 and 28.09. It is unfortunate that we cannot have a simple coffee outside the opening hours of the cafeteria for breakfasts. There is a terrace with sunbeds, but can not use it except accompanying the children at the games. We recommend this residence and this place very well located to visit the Bay of Mount, the Mont Saint Michel, Dol to Brittany, Avranches (go to the garden of plants for the panoramic view of the mount and the Bay) Mont Dol, Dinard, Dinan and St Malo, as well as the Rance. We will stay here.

Great place! Very good value for money. Well decorated, spacious and quiet apartment. Good starting point for the region.
