➜ Best price you'll find for a hotel of this quality, better quality as you'll find as close to the city centre and the closed city. Fantastic bedding, large TV, large and beautiful room and bathroom. Delicious all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast with lots of choice and quality products. Charming terrace. Very quiet hotel and friendly hoteliers, charming, helpful and attentive.

so! at check in I was asked if I bothered to change rooms the last night I said of course that I didn't mind. The same day Leaving for work, I forgot, something that happens, and the lady at the reception sees me leave wishing me a good day without anyone reminding me. The next day, at check out, I get burned because I forgot to put my things away. Even while apologizing the lady remains very unpleasant. I'm asking for the details of my bill. Knowing that she had charged me the parking I did not use and I had told her that it was not serious, I agree to pay it anyway. She gets angry and raises the way, remains very unpleasant, so I make her understand that I will not come back next time! she replies word for word: "But it's perfect"
Ps: I add that if I agreed to pay anyway the parking it was not to add you extra work to redo another bill. Good intention on my part.
Admittedly it was a booking condition that I accepted but it's human to forget and it was up to the hotel to remind me, I apologized anyway as it wasn't voluntary for. The lady was still unpleasant when I asked a simple question about my bill.
Reception staff very very rude limit insulting and having no concept of customer satisfaction.
So! At the check in, the staff asked if it bothered me to change rooms the latest night I said no.

Excellent little hotel run by wonderfully attentive, dedicated, kind people. Passionate people, who love their job and who love people. Located in the heart of the city just a stone's throw from the harbour, silent, with a very pretty and very peaceful terrace at the back. Rooms small but pleasant, comfortable and clean, Wi-Fi, parking, and very good breakfast. A place to recommend in Concarneau.
