Hotel that I find very well located in Brest. The "Octroi" station a few steps away, just around the corner, allows you to take the tram that passes right in front of the hotel. Then there is the large Kerfautras parking lot which is free on two street corners. The people at the front desk were very nice, the rooms clean, the Wi-Fi was simple and reliable, etc. We were there during the quarter-finals for the France-Uruguay match and it was nice to see people, probably even some employees, listening to the game together in the corner of the breakfast room.

Very nice welcome, considerate staff, modern locals, we had a pleasant stay within this hotel in an inner courtyard room.
For information, the hotel is located on the Brest tram line, which is an advantage to facilitate travel, but perhaps a drawback for rooms located on the street side.
That said, the rooms are equipped with good insulation.

It Says there's Jacuzzi but it's not true.
It Also says there is laundry service but it's not true either.
They Have Sauna But it's been ruined for days.
The good Thing is that the housekeeping works very well and the front desk staff is great.

The 12th and quality welcome. Smile available. Perfect room with clean and spacious nickel courtyard.
A little technical reproach for the bathroom. Open the shower door with the door of the bathroom closed. You have to be a menu to pass.
In short it is a detail.
The breakfast was great. What to survive.

Very friendly, well Susit hotel in the city center right next to the tram;)
Clean room and comfortable bedding. (beds are very spacious).

Small —: There was a light bulb missing for the bedside lamp, too bad.
namely that it is prefepréfé to take a room short side despite the bad seen this allows not to be disturbed (noise nuisance of the street) especially the weekend.

Comfortable bed and large bathroom adapted handicapped in the room I had.

Brand New Sauna! Mini creams for breakfast… hotel citué in the centre… also a very good pancake shop almost opposite. :-)

Nice hotel and that practices a much more reasonable rate than its competitors in the same area. The performance is still the same, and is of quality. Too bad the rooms overlooking the streets are a bit noisy at the end of the day (which remains normal in the city center) but with no real worries at night view the low attendance.

Hotel located in a central street without private parking but with excellent staff. Minimalist rooms but comfortable. Strange thing I see the Rai while my colleague in the adjoining room no.

A little disappointed. Very very firm bedding (can be çause from the small bed). Quite expensive for the location.

Very good hotel, with a very good reception, a clean room and an honorable breakfast.
Small downside for access to the floor by the stairs. You have to ask for the intervention of a staff member.

Nice hotel, people are very kind, and it is in the center of Brest.

Avoid the family room, as the coach is awful.

Very clean! Location was excellent and we could walk everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed. Some noise at night, but to be expected considering location. Will stay there again!

Good location, new installations, friendly staff.

Nice, clean room. BUT hotel located along the path of the tram, near a pub and a nightclub so very noisy (especially on a Saturday night), we were woken several times in the night by the music and the screams of people passing in the street.
