For starters we drive an hour to spend an evening with my boyfriend. We are told that cheques are accepted (because loss of bank card) we arrive in the room and we realize that it is not at all like on the photos of the site. We then noted all the hidden defects!
— Simple glazing,
— Paint chipped in the windows,
— Spider webs on the walls,
— Mold stains on the bedroom ceiling,
— Dust on the headboard,
— Dirty water/wc in a sort of closet,
— The entire ceiling of the mouldy bathroom,
— The shower curtain that hasn't been changed for a while that has black spots… " short I could continue for a long time to list all the problems of the room.
We wanted one thing, to leave this slum! In the end the owner harassed us at more than 22h (3 calls in 30 seconds) to tell us to leave the premises because she realized that her intern had made a mistake telling us that it was good for the checks. Big thanks to you, we have done you a great service, we fled with great pleasure and found refuge in a hotel not even comparable one second to yours, the Oceania Hotel. We'll come back there.
In short hotel to flee! Hotel just good to welcome people who come from 115 and still…

What is described in Loley Planet is nowhere near the truth.

Very pleasant stay: price, location, reception and quality of service. I stayed there regularly.

Very friendly, quality service, clean rooms at the decoration original and neat. A very good value for money, not to mention the very rich breakfast.

For my part, we found this pitiful hotel, the General dilapidation is obvious, I am somewhat familiar for y being going several times, both houses of the hot side hall going! as for the other rooms, I do not wish to be there!
and the noise is not the hotel is quite isolated

— The entire ceiling of the musty bathroom,
— The shower curtain that has not been changed for some time that has black stains… in short, I could go on listing all the problems of the chamber for a long time.

We only wanted one thing, to leave this slum! Excellent value for money. Really well located in the city centre. The eco rooms have a small very nice sea view.

I can't speak for the House 201 to 45 euros: heating which fled with part of the wrong carpet, a towel next to the leak that is struggling to absorb all. But the worst is mostly infected musty smell associated with. Untenable!
Good point: it has not paid for the room.
