Lovely place quiet private pool sauna and steam room ideal for younger families or couples not suitable for teenagers I think lack of things to do for their ages.

Very well located less than 100 steps from the beach. Friendly and courteous home. The apartment under the roofs that receives the room does not allow to stand for a large person in to bang his head under the slope side velux. In our rental the block did not work.
Otherwise very nice, silent even above the pool which kind at 8pm.
This is our second stay and we will be back with pleasure.

The 4 * seems overrated however the residence is clean and rather well equipped although aging. The breakfast, light in choice, has a very correct price. The semi-covered pool at 29 °c is a real plus. The Croisette is a 2-minute walk (or less). I recommend (assuming that one is rather on 3 *). A bakery, a pharmacy and crossroads market are nearby (less than 10 minutes walk) which is very appreciable. The staff is very nice.

This residence does not deserve 4 stars so much from the point of view of the reception very unkind as the cleanliness of the apartment (shelves dusty cupboards, moumouts behind the furniture and under the beds) strong odor in the shower room and evacuation of the partially clogged bathtub.

Great week spent in this residence! Apartment very well arranged and equipped. Optimal location just a few meters from the beautiful beach of Benodet. Heated pool perfect for lounging after walks. We'll come back without hesitation.

The living room was a little small. The apartment was clean and overall well equipped. The heating was working fine. The pillows were unfortunately very flat and not comfortable.

Really enjoyed our weeks holiday here, the staff were polite and helpful even with my poor French. The apartments are of a high standard in this price range, kitchen and bathroom/ shower room are all well equipped. Would always go for the larger size apartments as the dining area is a little cramped at mealtimes. Loved the pool area for sunbathing and swim but avoid peak times in peak season a short walk to the beach might be a better option. The location is ideal for the resorts beaches and walking routes along this beautiful coastline, cafes bars and restaurants are plentiful. The local shops and supermarket are within walking distance for everyday items but the weekly shop is better by car in one of the nearby small towns.

T3 for rent. Spacious apartment, convenient and comfortable. 1 parent bedroom with shower room and separate bathroom. 1 second room with 2 single beds. Large living room kitchen. Lots of storage. Apartment crossing with balcony. Complex near the shops, beach and casino. Quiet during our stay (winter).

A few steps from the beach the residence has a beautiful swimming pool with hammam and sauna. The apartments are clear and well equipped. The reception is professional and friendly.

Our apartment was very spacious and light with plenty of room for friends to come to dinner and drinks. Would definitely ask for balcony not facing car park though as some were not as good as ours. Fantastic location, beach on doorstep so kids loved it. Would also recommend trip to parc de attractions in elleant (30 mins away), amazing day for kids and adults xxx.

Well maintained, nice heated swimming pool with terrace and deckchairs available. The sea at fifty meters, Nice beach maintained, forbidden to dogs (damage), on the other hand, the residence accepts dogs, gladly. The breakfast, in the form of a buffet, is plentiful… very well, I recommend the residence "Les Jardins arvor" in Benodet…

Very nice small hotel. Very clean on arrival accommodation. The pool is well maintained. The only downside on the limited height of the underground parking can be an issue if you have a roof box.

We spent a very good stay in Benodet in this Lagrange Prestige residence in September 2012.
