Choose another hotel. Have stayed on several ibis budget but this is the worst of all.

Friendly welcome, staff at your disposal. Very hearty breakfast with lots of choice. No meals offered at noon or evening. You have to ask at the reception, and we bring you an industrial dish 15 minutes after charged 9 Euros that are not worth them.

Honest sophistication for the price. Sure… the bathroom and breakfast are the minimum you dacale to be mentioned as present among the services. Good cleaning and bed.

Good for one Night (so mainly used), Parking for free in front of the Door, unfortunately just a little need for renovation.

The code for the room door does not work: we changed rooms but the new code was still not working. So we had a key to access our room. No shower sinks, no broom brushes for the toilet. The doors do not key properly: a small stroke of the shoulder is enough to open it. Erroneous instructions were given to us: to return at night, it would suffice to knock on the door because there would be a night permanence to open: false, no one to open and our temporary key does not open any entrance door put apart that of our room. In short, we almost slept in the car but we fortunately saw a machine, hidden in a corner, allowing to have an entry code with our CB. An information we would have liked to have when we had the question. Phew we were able to go home and sleep in our room.

Price and establishment correct, only problem, difficult to dine around and unattractive meal tray. The breakfast was very expensive.

As all Ibis budget perfectly meets your one night hotel function. Right breakfast. All very clean and sink very suitable for the price.

Bad breakfast. It is just a Hotel, if you come late a night, and sleep only one night.

Simple ordinary hotel, no hair dryer, no bath mats, a huge dust behind the TV as well as under the bed.
Pets are accepted except that there is no price show for the supplement and neither on the invoice,,, you have the surprise after on your bank account as it has 2 Blue card. 1 for the room and 1 of 10 euros for your pet. The employee said not to tell me.

Room functional, what would be expected for this price. Very good staff, recommended if you are passing.

Very good service, with entrance H24 7 D/7 D. Comfortable bed. However the sound insulation is average. We hear a lot of the hallway. The price is very honorable.

A holed and yellowed sheet, a lamentable bathroom whose door does not close and we find ourselves with water all over the room.
Very poorly soundproofed one hears the slightest movement of the neighbor.

I stayed here with my two partners for one night whilst visiting the area. This is conveniently located right off the motorway — good if you need a place to pull into to rest. Not so great of you wanted to walk to Aix les Bains. Check in was fine and they have a machine for you to use to check in if you arrive later at night. There were no elevators (that we could locate) so worth bearing in mind if you are mobility impaired. The room was clean and we had one with a double bed with bunk bed over and the chair which was pulled into a bed. The bits that could have used some improvement: The bed linen unfortunately smelt of cigarette smoke and the shower in the bathroom didn't drain adequately so it was a bit like showering in a bath full of water! The bed was quite comfortable but the pull out bed not so great — definitely not one that you would want to sleep on for more than one night! There is no kettle in the room so don't count on having a coffee in the morning. Like I said in the title, you get what you pay for. So if you want somewhere clean to put your head down then this is perfect.

Good accommodation and within the chain is a medium/high. You pay a little but the room is clean and nothing is missing.
