Very bad reception. I had booked a room for a weekend for my brother and his girlfriend last July, as I had people at home. I felt like a task in their hotel. Knowing that I have Diamond status at All Accor, I told them this, the young man said to me: "So what? ". They didn't care. Limit had to beg EVERYTHING, even the welcome drink. In NO Accor Group hotel, I was treated like this. Even the ibis de Perrache, has a quality service. I don't know how many stars they have, but at the staff level. They are of an INCROYABLE contempt. They, on behalf of the Covid, have hired interns to accommodate clients, and these trainees do not even know the status levels. During check-in, I paid for the room, I had an urgent phone call to manage, they didn't even move a finger to give the cards to my brother's room. They let them leek, whereas when I picked up the call, I said please take care of them. By the time I finish my call with the U. S. I come back, they say, "We were waiting for you to come back" and the young man whispers, '"It's not happening. " I thought it was a hidden camera.
The only positive things. It's their rooms. Very clean, well laid out. But the staff. Real kids, who have been given responsibilities above their shoulders. And unable for two, to know the different levels of status of the Accor group. According to the black girl, their manager was behind the door after the reception desk, and didn't even deign to do anything, while I was getting angry.
