Very nice staff, very helpfull easy access to Lyon centre.

Superb and pleasant welcome
While passing for a short stay in the area, I was greeted by a smiling, considerate and very responsive hostess.
I had made a special request on their website about the room and when I arrived this had been taken into account.
Then I needed information and in 2min she advised me a very good bakery!
Thank you very much Miss for your help and kindness! And excuse me for not being able to say thank you and goodbye before leaving!

The room ïmpeste the cigarette very expensive and very dirty.

Room very small but clean. Really very basic. 1M2 Water Room. No storage. Good bedding. No window, but a velux. Breakfast OK For 1 night or 2 it passes.

Good value for money. For this price, hard to expect more. Clean hotel, heating, good bed, TV, friendly staff. Welcome water bottle, very nice little surprise.

Two night spent at the Brit Hotel, the room is quite small, and the window overlooks the parking lot from the first floor, so not very discreet. We had to keep the curtains closed because of that. Otherwise the room is nice with a small and simple but clean bathroom. The staff is nice. On the other hand the breakfast is quite expensive for just a few croissants, chocolate bread, brioche, jam, bread baguette, coffee machine and fruit juice. A bit of ham and cheese also comes back to 8euros not anyone's breakfast.

Room really small and very poorly arranged. Heating well in trouble to maintain a temperature of 18 degrees, remote control of TV down, bathroom tiny… but good, for the price…

Rotten Hotel! Still I am not difficult and I usually have this kind of hotel, but there it falls very very low. Internet connection screwed up, obliged to go down to the reception in the DRC to connect me, moreover I am there when I write this comment. In the room, a window transom that you can open only 20 cm maximum, it is almost like in prison, except that in prison it is free! In short you will have understood that I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, go to the competition, they may not offer the water bottle at 50 cents but at least the whole is OK.

Verey bad experience, COCKROACHES were in my bed & the air conditioning was not working! The only good thing was the verey friendly staff!

The rooms are tiny and have very unpleasant smell. The "Windows" are small hatches as in the chicken coop. The minibar promised in the booking system did not exist. It was noisy in the corridors. Not recommended even for a night, and at an affordable price!

Short stay with my daughter but surprise! small friendly hotel rooms with very nice AC; staff is correct, helpful to listen to the customer of the day and night.
service bar, breakfast nice stay too short for us it will be our only regret! We will be back.
