Very nice view of the mountains of Lyonnais.

A small hotel with a very vintage atypical deco and a very nice view! welcome! Pool with a view! on the other hand restoration level is really not good — > change the map is imperative!

Everything was perfect! Friendly and welcoming staff, bedding comfort, beautiful view, top pool and quality breakfast.

Restaurant that does not live up to its standing. Idyllic setting but unfriendly service and disrespectful to the customer. Waiters who look up to heaven qd you tell them that the service is really very long and that the meal was not top … Apart from the desserts, the cuisine was bland and tasteless…

Host Service not top, it is a pity.

This hotel was AMAZING! We were just "making a small stop" in Lyon because we were driving down to Spain. It was a great stop after almost 18 hours of driving :) Very relaxing and the spa area had amazing views, great breakfast as well. We will definitly visit this hotel again! It really is a "hidden diamond" in Lyon :) thanks for the great and friendly service.

Hotel with an exceptional view, although the menu of the restaurant is not varied enough the dishes were delicious.

Small snag on the room regarding the materials used that does not reflect the level of range of the hotel.

The setting is truly exceptional, a view of all lyon just beautiful. I was really mixed by the dishes.
I took the foie gras as a starter which is pretty good but the apple too sweet and with too much cinnamon gives a rather strange balance.
As a main course, cod. Really disappointed: too salty, served in a casserole where it is difficult to cut food and vegetables are bland! We need to completely rethink this dish.
Dessert was good.
I would come back to give myself a second opinion in the hope that I would not be disappointed. It's a 3 encouragement

Value for money correct.

I want to start on a positive note, the view is great. But you are not only going for the view. The food was terrible, one coke is 4€50 and the beds are WAY to small to fit in. I am tall 1m90 but still, my feet where fully off the bed. And I want to end on a positive note, the pool area looks great, it is small, but great… IF ONLY it was opened earlier or till later… It opens & closes at 9… So you will not see the city in the dark and you cant take a swim in the morning… Cmon staff, you can make this hotel sooo much better, make it as good as it looks!

Today we had lunch at the restaurant but very average meal, the entry with 4 small cubes of foie gras on beetroot slices, the other starter with guacamole, and a slice of tomato deposited at the bottom of the glass, very hard to cut it would have taken diced tomatoes. The place fillet a little bland and the pork rib no more. On the other hand the dessert was good.

As usually, really good food. One star removed as the server didn't succeed after 5 time to let me pay the correct amount for 5 menue and one «a la carte»… But food always excellent!

First of all as you can see from the photo the view is just beautiful which for me gives all the interest of this hotel!
Whether you're at the pool in the restaurant or on the terrace you'll take your eyes off it with superb sunsets.
But this hotel is not just a beautiful panorama:
To relax a little go to the pool, the hot tub, the sensory shower, play a game of petanque, table tennis.
The restaurant is really top the chefs cooks almost before our eyes with a seasonal menu and selected products for the pleasure of our taste buds!
Breakfast is very varied with good products that can satisfy anyone.
In addition the staff is really nice, professional and are attentive to the customers so that it does not lack anything!
Side of the rooms, they remain simple and spacious with a good bathroom but the whole could be a little more luxurious!
In other words it's an excellent value for money to spend a very pleasant stay where the memories will be there!

Beautiful and elegant room. The sauna is not easily accessible. There are always too many people to be able to enjoy it without waiting for a long time.

Beautiful setting with breathtaking views, a welcome spa and a petanque field.
The reception is concrete but effective. The breakfast is perfect, no complaints, the choice is very wide and the quality is the appointment.
However, the walls in place and the incessant purring (9am to 9pm) of the spa located below our room ruins everything. Damage…

Relatively expensive given the benefit. The products used are certainly noble (salmon, scallop, foie gras) but poorly highlighted. The flavors are bland and the consistences are blurred. The service, the reception and the presentation are impeccable, the view is breathtaking. The desserts are on the other hand above the lot.

Dinner very enjoyable : original dishes, classic very well on a modern twist, deco retro trendy and stunning views of Lyon. Very good address!

We had a great time at the Hotel Ermitage. The rooms are very good, but maybe a little small. The relaxation area is very nice with an amazing view of Lyon.
The kitchen (evening meal and lunch) is really excellent:)

Not worth it in my opinion NOT 4 star, very mediocre, although the staff is very nice and friendly. Unless you have a car, or maybe in the summer when the swimming pool has any use. It would be better to get a cheaper hotel in the city, because all it has to offer is a clean room and bedroom both very very simple, bathroom is actually a bit weird, the shower is weak not warm enough, same for the heater. The spa facilities are small and the swimming poor is not heated. It is clean and the bar has a cool vibe but everything else is mediocre. NOT WORTH IT it's a trap.

The setting is beautiful we have a great view of Lyon and the surrounding Area.
The entrance and the dish was very good service very fast by cons Petit Bemol for the dessert straight out of the fridge or it had to be there for a while…
Aside from that we liked it very much!

I only talk here about the restaurant part, and not the hotel part that I have not tried. This is a modern, tastefully decorated restaurant. The reception is nice, the service impeccable with very professional servers and know their products. The view is simply Exceptional. We have a wonderful view of the Lyon Region. The dishes are good. I loved the entrance and dessert but found that the main course, while being very good, lacked a bit of originality. Finally, the price seemed to fit with what we ate and drank. In short, a great experience!

Deplorable reception, very little in advance to make a pleasant moment to their clientele. Really disappointed, a few years ago the place was welcoming but now the visitors are put in a corner while there is an exceptional view Available.

We are very happy with our stay in your hotel. A breathtaking view, a room overlooking the Mount d'or really comfortable and spacious. A very relaxing spa, breakfast in the room without hesitation to devour! The staff smiling, welcoming. I'd come back without hesitation. Thank you very much!

An enchanted parenthesis Time
One night, a splendid view of Lyon among others. Staff at the small care Breakfast at the top, the only downside the dinner was lacking cooking no fifth stars for this time. I recommend.

The view is the only thing that is very good. Inside the hotel building is dated, in particular the reception and lounge areas. Even smells old. Shower was new but lacks water pressure and design is cold, like in hospitals. Tiles not made well and dirt starts to build. Room was a bit dusty too. All in all I would not choose again.

We stayed here for a weekend. The rooms aren't comfortable and too expensive. The dinner was good.

Very disappointed with. Our reception so far to your restaurant. We were a group of sixty and not have right to the dining room with views over Lyon. We have been penned in former private house which has nothing to do with the standard found in your hotel. The meal let as well to be desired, shabby entrance, meats were not quality first, service very slow, the desserts are better at Picard.
However the note is far too high for benefits, I hope that our Organizer will make claims that are necessary.

The place is nice but the food is very average.
A sum of 92 euros for 2, which is not justified compared to what there is in the plate

A moderately satisfying Sunday dinner. The dishes were good overall, but no more. It was a menu that day unique. We have been demanmande if he had allergies, which was the case of one of us, unfortunately upon entry there were mushrooms. The intention was good, but not taken into account.
In addition there is no enough servers for a room of this size.
Last point: the toilet. Indeed one joint toilet for a restaurant like this is really disappointing. More hygiene is not the appointment in this part.

Beautiful hotel and view of Lyon! Audrey menu is perfect, as well as the heated pool, and free soft drink at each floor fridge!
Small flat for the shower that lack of pressure and changes in warm water.

Easter special menu was just perfect. Very smily ang efficient service. The fish (Rouget) was perfectly cooked. Tje lamb was juicy and melt deliciously. Nice dessert mango and chocolate.

A huge favorite! The setting is just beautiful, completely overlooking Lyon and surroundings (great in the morning for breakfast). Deco though neat, nice amenities. Food is excellent and served in quantity. The service is also of high quality. Go you will not regret!
