Right next to the Pleny Gondola, walking distance to a load of decent restaurants, friendly staff and brilliant apres ski. What's not to like.

Really bad service unfortunately. Only took half our order then walked off. Savoury crepe was cold and wanted to pay as we were eating! Shame because food would have been nice and nice atmosphere. Staff are not friendly!

Beautiful terrace at the foot of the slopes of the Pleney. Nice team, entertainment, children's games, lots of good things to relax after a day of activity…
Beware of the volume of DJs that sometimes covers any conversation.

This is the 4th time I have stayed here but the hotel is starting to get old. The rooms are tiny and struggle to accommodate 3 adults. The beds are awful. We all woke up with bad backs every morning. The worst part of the trip was being told off (shouted at) in front of other hotel guests about the condition of the balcony. Bearing in mind we were in Morzine for Downhill Biking so we had a lot of kit. Which would not all fit in the very small rooms. The owner of the hotel was very unprofessional and spoke to us like we were children. This is far from acceptable and we will now never return to this hotel. Bare in mind if you park your vehicle in the garage you better get used to the smell of sewage!

If you like this place in winter, you will love it in summer! Chilled out place with attentive serving staff. All the food was excellent and quite different to the usual mountain fare. Kids garden with free table tennis etc. I much preferred it in summer and was very pleasantly surprised with the food.

The reception was nice, but the toilets were not terrible, after the food were not very good either but good.

Very good atmosphere especially from 4-5pm, when everyone gets together to have a drink with the latter and good music at the bottom of the slopes!

Never stayed at the hotel but always gone for beers post a day skiing in Les Gets. Is a large busy bar and I would suggest getting a table (if you can) out side and doing table service. The first round takes longer than you might want after a day on the slopes but once you have them coming just keep ordering and they’ll keep serving! Has a DJ or live music! Fun busy vibe!

The restaurant is good and accepts the big groups. The staff are nice and present, and the service is pretty fast. Attention to the sound a little loud on the terrace.

Excellent location, super friendly staff. Rooms are adequate in size, (we was expecting under sized rooms due to some comments on here, but we've been in smaller ones). Breakfast could be improved, with the coffee and hot choice food being only luke warm every morning. For the price we paid I expected coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms as well.

Great ski-in ski-out location. The rooms facing the slopes are small but nicely decorated. The food is not good.

We came here for a drink in the afternoon. We were made to wait a long time for a table. Having been given a table we were told to move because we were not eating. We found the staff to be very rude.
On est venu ici pour prendre une verre. On a dû attendre longtemps pour une table. Au table, on nous a dit qu'on a dû bouger, parce qu'on mangeait pas. On a trouvé les serveurs très impolis.

Really rude. Stopped for a bottle of wine, told to move twice in the cold despite many free tables (I was also on crutches). Totally unenjoyable. You are better off going 100m into town.

Hotel at the foot of the Slopes of Morzine. Its rooms are a bit small but remain comfortable. In a very Savoyard style, it allows its occupants to take off their skis in front of the hotel door. It is located 10 metres from the Pleney gondola. A large bar is set up in front of the hotel where snacks and drinks are served all day long. The bar however remains a bit expensive.

We ate there several times after we lived here 2 years ago in this bar. The location is great for lunch-especially if it's not the sun. The staff is excellent. Even the boss-husband and wife-are very helpful in our busy time. The cost of great food and the price of champagne and beer are reasonable. This hotel is absolutely recommended next to the elevator legend.

A charming hotel in a fantastic location. What set it apart for me though is the thoughtful and friendly reception staff who couldn't do enough for us and added that little extra that really makes the difference. When added to the unbelievably good location (opposite the main Pleney lift and 50 metres up from the main strip of restaurants) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I've only experienced the lunchtime food here, which was good quality and decent portion sizes. Two of us ate here, and we both had one of the pasta options which we both liked, however felt that it was quite expensive, which is a result of being a hotel and at the bottom of one of the main lifts.

Lovely terrace and garden in the summer, right by the luge and pleney lifts.
