Just returned from a trip with my mum booked through Peak Retreats. We had a wonderful time and this residence really played a part. Excellent location for a self-catered residence as all the shops/services were within a 5 minute walk — perfect to pop out and grab one last florentine! The spa was a must — fantastic facilities, loved the steam room and the salt cave. The pool isn't big enough to do proper lengths in, good for a play though. The staff were very friendly which was a bonus. They happily chatted to us and recommended various extras — the free-to-rent fondue sets which we used were a must!
Nice place well equipped but with poor rooms cleaning and two greedy for internet: 2 devices for a room with 5 adults for example. I stayed there for 2 weeks with 2 kids and wife in March 2018.
