— Lack of crockery — non-existence of household products to clean the apartment, the wrongfully deducted from the deposit (the apartment was stowed away as on arrival) — abuse of power by the owner who unreasonably withheld the deposit (€800) you are not Hosted by the owner, no presentation of the city or things to do or see.
Managers take no responsibility, know nothing, just cash your bail and disappear. For a claim? They return the ball between the owner and them.
Complaint filed and waiting for justice to do its job.
➜ Renting for a New Year's Eve with friends, the owner has wrongfully withdrawn our deposit from 800th and despite the reminders of Booking to ask him for supporting invoices, the latter remains failing to provide them.
Not to mention the panties found in the Click Clack (very classy) or even the many calls made to the manager due to lack of equipment (no corkscrews, 6 forks in a slot for 8, and I pass).

A horrible memory this rental! Apartment far too expensive for what it is. Is luxury but not at all. Lack of basic elements (corkscrew, torches, vacuum, hand soaps, chair etc…). We had rented this apartment with 2 other couples of thirties for our New Year holiday and the owner kept the bail of €800 under penalty that we damaged his lodging while we made it in the same condition as at our entrance. Clean and without any degradation. Owner of bad liver and very bad value for money. Don't go in there!
