Room a little narrow. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Very good stay with a beautiful view of the lake. The proximity to the lake, the city centre and the bike path mean you no longer need to take your car. Very hearty breakfast justifying the price which may seem a bit high, but justified.

The hotel is just a 15 min walk along the lake from old town Annecy. It is well appointed and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a nice outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Several rooms also overlook the lake and provide a beautiful view. They have a nice bar as well as a sauna/steam room. The hotel provides parking for its guests along with bike rentals and access to the bus. Breakfast is available at a reasonable extra charge. The local beach is just down the driveway. I would recommend this place and hope to make it back sometime.

Very friendly home. Comfortable and clean room. We had a family room. She was very pretty with a mezzanine for the children's room. The hotel has a very convenient parking.

Beautiful place very quiet great view on the lake of Annecy we can enjoy the hammam for this relax perfect home city center nearby and walk otherwise bus at the foot of the hotel small flat the room needed to be renovated but I highly recommend.

I was recommended to stay this hotel by my friend, Dominique. She is the owner of B&B in Santa Barbara. The name of the inn is Secret Garden. We love her place. Dominique is so friendly and we enjoy the conversation with her and her special breakfast. She was born and raised in Annecy. So she knows well about this old town. She introduced me 2 hotels and I choose to stay at Hotel des Marquisats. It was a right choice. It is lovely small hotel, just next to the lakeside. The owner of the hotel is Alexandra, and she is extremely friendly. She is just 35 years old, and she bought this hotel 5 years ago. Her sister is the partner. So it is a family run hotel. All staff can speak English and very helpful. The building of the hotel is located against the mountain rock. It is difficult to take the picture of the hotel. But inside is very lovely. From train station, I took a taxi. It cost 11 euros. To return to the station, the driver took the longer route and changed me 18 euros. You can take a bus to go to the old town for 5 minutes.

I put 3 stars because the staff was really nice and relaxed atmosphere, the breakfast was not great choices but it's okay. The problem for me was the room was very small and the bathroom where I could not even stand (with 1, 86 m) horrible for the shower, no problem for small ;)

Stayed at the hotel with 28.12.31, 2013.12.2013 en route to Val Thorens, traveling by car through France. Great people, great attitude, a quiet place not far from the Lake, parking, good breakfast. Minus one: none of his restaurant, had dinner at the nearby. Thanks to the staff for their sensitivity to guests! Tourists from Novosibirsk.
